  We are thrilled with our new floors! Mike was incredibly helpful in guiding us through their extensive selection and helping us find the perfect pet-friendly flooring for our home. Thomas, who came out to take measurements, was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the installation process. We also received our quote during his visit, which made everything seamless. Our installers, Tyler and Eddie, were outstanding — efficient, highly skilled, and meticulous in their work. They took great care throughout the installation and were thoughtful about minimizing material waste. Thank you to the entire East Coast Flooring team for such a positive experience, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

  The flooring job that we had done was quite the disappointment. I don't know why so many people are happy with this company. They lie to you and tell you that they're going to level your floors before they put the flooring down. We purposely got a company that cost a bundle, thinking our floors would be leveled. They told us it would take about 5 days to do the job, but they ended up rushing through the job and getting it done in about 3. That concerned me, because I was wondering how they could have properly leveled the floors if they rushed it that way. When we put a large bookcase into the living room, one side was higher than the other due to the floor not being leveled. Also, the draperies aren't level with the floor, despite the fact that my husband used a level when putting the rod up, which is further proof that the floor is not level. When you walk on it, you can hear the creaking and feel it shifting under your feet, which it wouldn't do if it had been properly leveled. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually does what they say they're going to do.
