  Remington from Coast to Coast Heating and Air did an amazing job. He showed up, diagnosed the problem, and fixed everything the right way. No games, no upselling, just solid work at a very fair price. As a property owner, I deal with a lot of contractors. Remington was professional, easy to work with, and actually took care of the issue. Fair price, fair experience, and the work was done right. Highly recommended. If you need AC work in this area, ask for Remington. Remington for president 2028! Just kidding 😂 Trump 2028! Maybe Remington for VP

  Coast to Coast HVAC did a system removal and installation of a new Trane Air Handler and outdoor unit at my stepdaughters house this week in Belle Chase. I was at the house all day with the crew at my stepdaughters request, as I am a retired electrician. It was truly a long day, but the crew onsite did an exceptional service. I was very impressed with how well they worked together throughout the day, did a professional installation, and completed a thorough cleanup and removal of the old system. Additionally, Scott completed a full ripout of the airbox under the air handler and rebuilt the box to provide a heavier and more supportive box for the new air handler to sit on. Before installing the new air handler, the guys did a thorough cleaning of the space, removing all the dust and construction drywall debris left by the builder nearly 12 years ago. He also added a second air intake to the blower to improve air flow across the blower and increasing efficiency. Quality products, quality work! Exceptional craftsmanship, strong technical skills! I will be calling Coast to Coast after my current maintenance contract expires. Fantastic job guys, thank you for an exceptional job well done!

  Just had coasts company field team Pieter and Jefferson rework the level and insulation of our 5 Ton Carrier unit attic air handler that was making to much undrained water . Very professional work - they even ran exhaust fan hose properly that new roof installer had just hanging free in attic along with handler rework job. Excellant well done above and beyond my expectations-.Pieter and Jefferson told me company likes no job left unprofessional they make it true . These two are beyond great know the job the system and clean the work area after. Was 110f outside day they worked in on system in attic space- no lie - it was 140f. If you have need of a good HVAC company this company is back on the rails not to be ignored. Thanks men John & Nancy

  I am in a short term rental while my home is being built. The ac isn’t working like it should. This was the second visit from this company. They didn’t show up the first time (according to the property manager) The second time the tech was here and he said there’s a busted pipe so they had to order the part and come back. This time Nick showed up at the door and had an instant attitude. He asked me what was going on and I told him that the ac isn’t cold and the last tech said there was a leak from a busted pipe. He asked me where it was. I told him idk where it’s busted but that there’s a unit in the closet and the there’s a unit out back. He snapped at me and said “you don’t know where it is, isn’t this your house?” I explained this is a rental and he said “well you live here, not me”. At this point I was a little in shock. Yes I live here…temporarily. This is the first time I’ve ever had central ac so I didn’t understand what he was asking. I would think that he has notes from the previous tech telling him where and what the issue is. He asked me my name and I told him so I asked him his and I get “Nick, I already told you my name is Nick”. I couldn’t hear him too good when he first got here because my dogs were barking. He was here for 2 hours and every time he went from the back yard to the front, he let the fence gate slam. It had to be 20 times. If this was a company I had called I would’ve told him to leave. He’s lucky my husband or 3 boys who are around his age were all at work. The job involved something with ash because after he left there was ash left all over the laundry room. On the doors, the floor and on top of the washer & dryer. There was a dustpan and broom right next to the washer in plain site. He could’ve cleaned it up. He also left the garage door open which he opened in the first place. I am at this house temporarily but my home will also have an AC unit and if it ever needs servicing I can tell you what company I’m NOT calling.

  Edit: I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars because they made things right. A big thank you to Nick the maintenance manger for quick communication and following through with your words. In my opinion, you went above and beyond, and I am happy to say I feel confident about using your company’s services. The guys he brought out with him to do the work, Joel, Mikey, and Gage (I hope I got those names right) were also great. ************************ Things started off great with this company. We had them give a quote for air duct cleaning because we have been having allergies and a bad smell from the air. They weren’t the cheapest, but the customer service was better than the other companies we called, so we chose them to do the job. We also had them mastic seal the ductwork because it wasn’t sealed. The duct cleaning definitely left much to be desired. The a/c unit was not turned off while they vacuumed out each individual vent, and I am assuming that is why clumps of black dust were on the floor under each vent. I noticed after the cleaning, the smell from the air was worse, so the tech sprayed the filter frame with some kind of musty odor killer. Apparently they were supposed to have a biocide fogger machine with them but they didn’t, and when I called them back later that day to say the smell was still there, the service manager said he would get with the scheduler to get someone out to do the biocide fogging of the vents and have a camera for the vents so that I could see for myself that they were clean because at this point, I don’t feel like they were cleaned properly. They called me the next day just to say they were working on it and promised they would get back to me by the end of the day. I also asked if they could get us scheduled for maintenance since it hasn’t been done yet. No call. Then the next day I called to see what was up, and I was told the scheduling coordinator was at lunch but she would call me after she got back. 2 days and the weekend have gone by and I still haven’t received a call back. Not only did we pay for the duct cleaning and mastic sealing, but also the premium membership plan, which isn’t necessary but they tack it on to the quote. The basic plan would have been fine. We have a fairly new a/c unit, and I want to make sure it’s taken care of so it will last, but I’m not sure that this is the company to do that for us. Who knows too if they’ve put more dust into the actual unit with the cleaning.
