  Blake replaced a faulty float valve. Drained buckets full of collected water and cleared a drain pan and line full of jelly residue . He was efficient in troubleshooting issues, knowledgeable, explained the situation and promptly handled the fix. Very respectful . This company has my trust. Highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them to all.

  I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Remington. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to perform a thorough inspection of my A/C system and clearly explained everything he found without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. What stood out the most was his honesty and attention to detail. He answered every question I had, made sure I understood what was going on with my system, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me make the best decision rather than just selling me something. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also provides such exceptional customer service. Remington made what could have been a stressful situation a very positive experience. I highly recommend both him and this company to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable, and professional A/C service. Thank you again for the outstanding job!

  Excellent! Very Professional! Recently Coast to Coast Heating & Air found the real causes for a 3-year extremely troublesome problem and fixed it where other companies couldn't. From the evaluation with Jay to the installation made by Jensen, Dustin, Jacob, and Greg, the whole process was seamless, and the crew showed up exactly when they said they would and always on time. Everyone went above and beyond. We are so pleased with all the work that they did. Thank you for everything--we finally have the relief we were hoping for! We highly recommend Coast to Coast Heating & Air!

  I've had nothing but the best experience with Coast to Coast. Unit was installed in 2017 and of course there has been some required repairs over the years but last night at 845 pm it stopped cooling. I called and to my surprise Hailey said she had a Technician in the area and he could come by. Remember this is almost 9pm. Technician Lance diagnosed the issue and despite it was after 10pm not only took care of the immediate issue did a full system check. Great job guys and I hope your company rewards you for your great service.

  I’m compelled to write a THOROUGH review. Yeah, it’s common to write bad ones, but this will be the opposite. My daughter rented my home for 5 years; her only task was to change the filter every 2 months, whether it needed it or not. I told her that was her expense because her rent was ridiculously cheap, and she agreed. WELL, SHE DIDN’T. She left my house with the AC nearly destroyed. She did remove the filter; however, “she forgot” to replace it, and by the looks of the ductwork, she NEVER REPLACED, NOT ONE. So, I started calling around reputable AC companies. Of course, I dreaded this as they are all expensive, as H. $15K-20K, for an AC? Not happening, so I elected to have the ductwork cleaned instead. Well, my unit was over 25 years old. The AC company couldn’t clean it because if they damaged it, the repair would cost more than the entire unit was worth originally. I called COAST TO COAST AND SPOKE WITH THE RECEPTIONIST, or appointment setter. SHE WAS AMAZING….It was like I knew her all my life. I even forgot why I called, hahaha….I think her name was Anna. Very funny, intelligent, and personable, so I said yes, send someone out, please. She scheduled someone to come out….…. The technician was a young guy named Jay. Jay was awesome. Truly amazing young man, punctual and very intelligent. Surprising, actually, since most of the young adults today are pretty dumb. As I said, a THOROUGH REVIEW….AND HONEST ONE. JAY DIDN’T GIVE ME A SALES PITCH. He indirectly told me I was screwed. I told him I’ll stay screwed because I will not spend $15-20k for an AC. I called a few, described what I wanted, and those are the prices that were quoted. This was before Jay from Coast to Coast came out. Jay told me, “ I’m not going to lie to you; it will be expensive, but you need new wiring, a new breaker, the flow lines need to go outside and not through the ceiling in the garage, all the ductwork needs to be cleaned, NEW ELECTRIC WIRING, new thermostat, basically a complete gut job. And since MY AC HANDLER IS IN THE ATTIC, IT WILL TAKE ALL DAY TO DO. He was straight up and said, “We don’t use sales schemes and say, you will get specials or this or that; you will get an honest quote, the best quote they can offer.” I told him to go for it. It was a lot less than I thought, and I did get a discount for paying CASH. You will have to pay either 3% or 5% for credit cards or debit cards. They charge the business, so of course you will have to pay that. CASH is the best way. They do offer financing….but I’m selling my house, so I said NO. On the morning of installation, I was late. I live an hour away. When I arrived, they were setting up and had the AC Compressor torn out already. There were 3 guys. Mario, Harrison, and DJ. All of them were personable, professional, and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. I had no idea how much work they had to do; it was a massive amount of work. It took 3 guys a little over 8 hours for everything I needed. I believe Mario was the team lead, not 100% sure. He was very serious, and you could tell he was a perfectionist. Checking EVERYTHING, RUNNING TESTS, ETC. I believe DJ WAS THE TALL GUY. He was awesome. He was jovial, yet professional and personable at the same time. He told me step by step what they did, asked questions about preferences on where I wanted the wiring to go outside the home, etc. He definitely put my mind at ease. Harrison, he was the quiet one. Yeah, you could tell he was ready to get it done. Young, good-looking guy as well, so ladies, he’s your eye candy, hahahaha. ALL THREE contributed with their expertise, and my home is cool as can be now. A job very well done. I WOULDN’T GO WITH ANYONE ELSE AFTER THESE GUYS DID WHAT THEY DID….AND YES, THE PRICE HURT, BUT THEY WILL GIVE YOU THEIR BEST PRICE, OUT THE DOOR. It was well worth the expense. GREAT JOB COAST TO COAST……Your reputation speaks for itself. NO, THEY DIDN’T HOLD ME A GUN POINT TO WRITE THIS REVIEW EITHER, HAHAHAHA God Bless, Michael H (aka:LEX)
