  I had a great experience with Jesse at Restoration Maintenance. I thought I had mold in my bathroom and he did a very thorough inspection and determined it was not mold, but found the likely source of the musty smell. Instead of just walking away and saying his job is done, he spent time talking to me about the situation, educated me about mold, and put me in touch with someone who could handle the problem. This was a fantastic, and honest business to work with and I highly recommend them.

  Had the please in meeting Jesse who did an inspection on water damage that was caused by a backed-up sink pipe. He inspected the cabinets and didn't find anything concerning. Unlike other company's he didn't feel anything was needed except for a dehumidifier and fan. I would highly recommend them for the honesty and professionalism we don't find in S Florida anymore.

  Jesse was absolutely great! He was professional, honest, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. We truly appreciated his honesty and the valuable information he shared.   I can’t recommend this company highly enough! From the moment they responded to the water leak in my garage, the entire experience was exceptional. They were prompt, efficient, and made sure the job was done right the first time. What really stood out to me was their communication and follow-up—they genuinely cared that everything was completed to my satisfaction and checked in afterward to make sure there were no lingering issues. It’s rare to find a contractor who is not only highly skilled but also so attentive and easy to work with. I truly appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and commitment to excellent customer service.
