  Highly recommend JVR for your window and door replacements! The sales process was super easy and didn't feel like we were being jerked around (I also quoted another company where I did feel that). They were flexible in answering my questions to make sure the order was right. It ended up being about a 9 week wait from signing the contract to install. Jorge was our Lead Installer. Him and his crew were amazing! We were told that they would start Friday and be done Tuesday. His crew was able to replace all of our windows on Friday, then a smaller group came back Monday to replace our front door. Jorge was so friendly, professional, and communicated everything that was going on to us. The crew left our place VERY clean. They took the time to actually prep the spaces to make sure that the rooms did not get dusty/dirty. You could barely tell that they were there when they left. During the front door removal, one of the floor tiles broke (not their fault just from how the tiles were installed over the door frame). Jorge told me about it right away and asked if we had a replacement. Luckily we did and they took the initiative to replace it. You can't even tell the difference. Everything looks great and we are very happy with the work. I would highly recommend JVR!

  JVR Impact Windows and Doors has just finished installing 13 windows and a sliding door into my house . Crew chief Sidnei and his assistants are extremely skilled in the art of window installation. Being friendly and respectful of my property is just icing on the cake. Top-notch installation using high-quality materials: stainless steel, extruded aluminum and laminated, impact-resistant glass.

  I had windows and sliding glass doors installed in my condo in August of 2021. The first thing I want to say is the crew that installed my windows and sliders did a great job. My complaint about JVR does not have anything to do with the installation of the product or the process. My complaint is that less than 5 years later the sliding glass doors have a fading tint in the glass that is leaving streak like marks on 3 of the doors. So I reached out to the company to tell them what was going on. The girl who I spoke to was very nice and said that someone would get back to me. After 2 days I called back and said I have not heard from anyone. So the person who answered said can you send pics of the problem. So I did and I got an email from the service department that said that the glass had a warranty but the company that made the product was no longer in business so I would have to pay $500 a panel to replace the glass since the JVR labor warranty was only for 3 years. I told them that there was no way that I should have to pay for anything since they chose the company and I had nothing to do with causing the issue. I asked them to send someone to look at it and they did. The salesman came and said he had never seen that and let me see what we can work out. That was a week ago and I have not heard from anyone even after I called him and asked what was going on. So after paying $19,000 4.5 years ago I am stuck with this problem that will probably get worse. My hope is that you guys at JVR read this and do the right thing and help us out. Especially that I referred you guys to other people in my neighborhood and I am pretty sure that some used you guys.

  I have used JvR numerous times and on 2 of my Condo in Oakland Park They are the best. They do a great job. They are up front, no hidden fees. I am very satisfied
