- DFDan FinneganJun 3, 20265.0American door has now installed 3 of the doors on my home! They do fantastic work. Dave gave me a fair price and delivered on everything in the contract. But their installer Chris was absolutely phenomenal! Chris was clean, professional and went above and beyond. Professional Grade experience from start to finish with American Door A++++++

- LSLori ShalhoubJun 9, 20221.0Our 8 by 3 ft slider shattered during the night so we called American Door the first thing in the morning. Paul answered and I told him we would like someone to come out and give us an estimate to replace the whole door or an estimate for French doors which would be 4 big doors - Paul nicely took down my address and said he would give the information to Dave and he would come out and do the estimate. Well I waited all day and no call or no show. I finally called them around 4 and Paul connected me to Dave. He said he really busy cause the rain has slowed him up but I’m on his radar. Well nothing from them that day so the next day I figured they would call or just come, NOTHING FROM THEM. Common courtesy and professionalism would tell you to call your customer and at least give them an update on your arrival or delay!!!!!! Three days later and Not a word or call! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They aren’t the only ones busy and a courtesy call is worth a lot for a business to show they have great customer service! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AMERICAN DOOR!!
- JFJohn FowlerJan 4, 20195.0We searched a lot of entry door vendors before coming across American Door. We wanted a two-tone door, white on the inside and stained to match our exterior on the outside - these folks were the only ones who were able to offer this; they also had a beautiful sidelight to go with the door. Today our new door is installed and you'd think we have a new home - it is beautiful! Not only did they do an amazing job with our door, the staff was friendly and helpful through the whole process. We will recommend American Door to anyone.
