  Jose came as the Tru-County serviceman for our annual maintenance and AC check. He explained in detail the loss of efficiency of our capacitor which was still under warranty, but it was the 9th year of a 10 year warranty. He was thorough in his explanation but never “pushy” in what we should do. His expertise with 10 years of experience with the company was extensive and I agreed to pay the labor charge for the capacitor change. Jose was very professional in his explanation and we found him to be a very impressive young man as he represented the very best of what we hired Tri-County to do😊

  After the debacle that AirNow created with their poor HVAC design for house, Kurt came over tonight and spent 2.45 hours to get us working as efficiently as possible. It needs a new and more efficient air handler that AirNow should have known. Furthermore, after 2.45 hours, Kurt said we don't charge for 2nd opions. They are definitely our company going forward. Top of the line customer service!!!!!

  Service tech Clayton was excellent!!!! Company scheduling was over an hour late for the appointment, and yes did notify us to the delay. Clayton found that the previous installers of the new AC unit by Tri County AC just back in October 2025 left a packing component which he suspects was blocking off 30 to 40% of the intake, obviously then making the AC run harder. So, since I am a new owner of this home as of April 2026 I am concerned about returning to this company.

  My tech, Nate Davis arrived at 6pm and had already worked a long full hot day! He still had a great attitude and dove in to find and resolve the problem! He literally didnt stop until almost 10pm working in the dark and under the house until he repaired my a/c, saving me from another night no sleep at 87 degrees and 83% humidity! Thank you Nate, truly . Great work ethic, persevered and good attitude right to the end. My neighbor saw him leave and told me the next day they had him work on their system last year and he did a great job for them, too. That kid deserves a raise!! Excellent follow thru, Thank you!

  Mario was very thorough and experienced. He discovered that the unit was not level which was causing the difficulty with drainage. He and Jase removed the drainage pan. Because it was not level it had been collecting sludge. They cleaned it and the AC unit. They then leveled the pan and even stayed an extra 20 minutes to make sure the unit was working properly. He was professional and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Mario for any future repair jobs. This was all covered by Tri County because they installed the unit. Great workmanship and business ethics.
