  Claridge was very courteous and efficient. Doesn’t leave a mess and I barely knew he was there while I was working and he was performing maintenance. Tri County has been there for us every step of the way since they installed our new system a few years ago. Always on time for service appointments no complaints.

  Our AC had and issue and was not cooling and it’s August. It is later in the day on Friday and we are having a church group event on Saturday - yikes! From the first call Tri-County folks were focused on helping us and getting someone out. We have been a customer for years and knew they would, but we wanted to thank them for always being so faithful to our family and home. A special shout out to Lee Moore who drove from North Port first thing Saturday morning to get us repaired and back up and running. Lee has been such a talented professional and has become a good friend over the years who cares so much about our home and our family. Our event went great! Thank you Lee and everyone at Tri-County!   Of course I realize my air conditioner is not working at 5:10, “after hours.” Sheila called me back immediately! She is always so pleasant on the phone. She sent Nick over as soon as he wrapped up the job he was working on. Nick got to my home right as our typical Florida thunderstorm hit! He was cleaning the drain. He was pleasant, respectful and thorough. I appreciate his explanation in layman’s terms. You guys are rockstars in my opinion! Thank you for being prompt and honest!

  While getting a relative's Sarasota home ready for the market, we couldn't determine when the air conditioner had last been serviced. We sought recommendations from several people, who highly recommended Tri County Air. We had a great first-time experience with Tri County Air and Technician Luigi Lockhart, who even arrived with cookies to go with our coffee! That was a welcome first experience. Mr. Lockhart thoroughly looked over the system and found one minor issue, which he had documented in photos, and quickly corrected upon our go-ahead. He even brings a small vacuum to clean up any debris he might track in. We were very satisfied with the price and his professionalism, and and would certainly refer to others as well as use again.
