- LMLee MckillopSep 24, 20265.0Nate was really wonderful. He arrived around midnight and had a good bit of work to do. He never acted tired, he was very polite and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it efficiently. Nate did a great job and was very pleasant!
- BBBarbara BanovichSep 21, 20265.0It’s always a pleasure to deal with Bowersox. They faithfully show up in the time parameter they set. They COMMUNICATE time status before arriving. They are knowledgeable, courteous and very polite. Most important to me; they are honest. Some FL vendors drive me crazy….Bowersox is a breath of fresh air!!!! Thank you gentlemen!!! PS. There was no payment. I have a service contract!
- RBRandy ByrneSep 17, 20265.0We just signed on with Tri County & had our 1st visit. Our Tech was Andrew - very polite, respectful & knowledgable young man. He communicated with us before the visit & when he arrived, explained what ge would be doing. He was clear & confident in his explanations. We were very happy with Andrew’s communication, work ethic & explanation of his findings.
- HMHolly McKay-BurnetteSep 17, 20265.0Love my maintenance plan because the technician was able to diagnose a problem and correct if for me while my part was under warranty and I wasn’t left with no A/C during these hot months. Steven was wonderful and kept me informed about what he was doing throughout the entire process!! Tri County Air is the best and we also learned that they are now providing plumbing services so our next step is to schedule a much needed plumbing inspection.
- MDMaria DandySep 14, 20265.0The communication, quality and being on time was great but this review is is mostly be about being trustworthy. I had three other AC companies come and give me a quote. One of which wanted to sell me a whole new system and two others wanted to do expensive repairs. Tri-County and Angel gave me an honest quote. I just needed service repair. My AC is working great! Angel was very personable. I would highly recommend him and Tri-County to anyone!
