  Owner threatened me that he was gonna come to my house and lock horns with me because I told him he installed the recirculating pump wrong years ago and it’s been costing us lots of money and charging 150 dollars an hour for just labor and overcharging for parts: $150 tank booster and charged $240 dollars. I would never recommend them to anyone unprofessional and very rude and price gouging. Referred us a company to find a water leak that costed us $1000 and that company couldn’t find the leak. Told me to help his worker carry the water heaters inside because he had a bad back and then the owner left and I spent 5 hours helping complete the job with the worker that almost walked off the job because the old corroded fitting he was told to reuse by the owner Dennie Miller, took the tank boosters before I could check how bad they were and then took all the spare parts from the water heaters we just had replace: the heating elements replacement, thermostat gauges, and the the tank boosters. Super unprofessional will never use again and I recommend and no one will else does either. In the picture is the recirculation pump that is installed into the wrong side. The hot water returned supposed but installed into the R slot which is the recirculation port of the tank booster but instead runs constantly recirculating hot water into cold water inlet. If I could give zero stars I would. And Dennie charged us an extra hour ($150) for his time helping load the water heaters at the warehouse with his worker that took him maybe 5-10 minutes so 5-10 minutes is worth charging me 150 dollars more and he told his worker to add that time on for him so we wouldn’t know. Absolutely appalling.

  Dennie was so quick to respond and Mike, who did the service, was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. He took the time to explain what was happening so I had a good understanding of the fix. I am not onsite as this is for a rental unit, so I really appreciated their prompt communication. Fair price, fast service - they made it easy and I'm very happy to have a go-to plumber!

  I have five daughters and we lost hot water Saturday night need I say more . I called Dennie Saturday night after having no hot water and a leaking unit. He showed up the next morning and installed a new water heater for us at a fair price and in under two hours . I would recommend him to anyone. He did a fantastic job. Thank you Dennie

  As soon as he heard that i was without water he called and rearrainged his schedule to come by and place me first to be taken care of right away. I'm very pleased with his curteous manner and experience in getting the job done efficiently.. Thank you again!

  These guys are so professional and good. They came out and done my water lines and done a great job keeping me informed on everything. They also cleaned up afer themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asked. Thank you Dennie!
