  Dan Rutkowski Construction Co. has renovated our Villa a number of times. Once after a fire and again after two hurricanes. They did an excellent job on the rebuilds. Their quality of work is top notch and exceptional service . We are snow birds and in both instances Dan and his company were on site the next day They handled all the clean up and rebuild. We have and will continue to call Dan for any repairs knowing he will handled everything and it will be done correctly. We have referred Dan to other homeowners and they have also been very pleased with his work.

  We were fortunate to work with Rutkowski Construction on two major renovation projects. They helped us achieve our goals on time and within our budget. Whether we were in their office working on design and selecting materials or onsite with the crew, they were always professional and courteous. They responded promptly to our calls and were reliable when things needed their attention. We would highly recommend them.

  Dan and his crew built a stair way with handrails and matching balcony. It is lovely to behold and I am so pleased with the work. It was done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. Dan is a pro-good to deal with and communicates well.

  Our condo was hit by Hurricane Milton (and also a tornado) and we lost some of our ceiling in the living room and master bedroom. We were open to the sky! The condo association's attempt to replace the whole roof did not happen before the summer rains, and we ended up with much more damage than just from Milton. Dan Rutkowski and company had a challenging job, doing their part repairing our unit and tearing out mildewed floors, while maneuvering around the complicated work and scheduling of the whole condo building repair. They did a beautiful job in our unit! We have all new ceilings and they are perfect! All new paint is everywhere and it is perfect, too! New floors in the living room and master bedroom and they are beautiful. They were patient with me and searched for the floors I wanted--and didn't quit looking, until I was satisfied. They were, additionally, always extremely pleasant...we are tremendously happy with the job they did!

  My sauna is perfect. This was my third project with Dan’s company. The first meeting to the finish meeting was professional and easy. My construction vocabulary is certainly limited. The staff completes the installs with dedication to a job well done. Needless to say, I am planning a fourth.
