  Below might not be east to read, but it is extremely complimentary of Abbott’s Construction Company. They built a new sea wall at our Siesta Key Gulf front home and we couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of the job and that extends to quality of both the work and the workers, starting and finishing on time, communication with management and cost.

  My experience with Abbot Construction customer relations was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, responses were slow, and when we did receive replies, they were often unhelpful or dismissive. For a company that operates in a service-driven industry, the lack of professionalism and accountability was surprising. Instead of working toward resolving concerns, the process felt frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Basic follow-up and customer care seemed to be lacking, which made what should have been a straightforward interaction much more stressful than it needed to be. Customer service is a major part of any construction project, and unfortunately my experience with Abbot Construction’s customer relations fell well below expectations. I hope they take steps to improve how they communicate with and support their clients going forward.

  A BIG shout out to the whole team at 10th Street boat ramp October 8th 10AM! The whole team went out of their way to help my Uncle and I get our boat out of the water and onto our “makeshift” boat trailer (with Hurricane Milton barreling down on us). They took time out to help someone in need and that’s the truest test of character of any company, it’s people! God bless you all and stay safe!
