  Nate was by far the best service technician I have encountered in quite some time! He spent multiple hours troubleshooting a situation (on a Saturday) that turned into more than we had anticipated. However, he was very professional in explaining the current problem and what needed to be done to resolve it. I have no doubt that we are in good hands and look forward to a successful completion. Thanks so much for what you do!!

  We actually had 2 toilets replaced.We bought the toilets from Tru Plumbing and Gas because they were a better quality than we could get at the box stores. The plumbers worked fast and were neat and quiet. Professional and courteous.

  Overpriced. Called them and told them that my hot water tank that is 3 years old wasn’t making hot water. They were quick to respond, but when they came out and looked at it, they diagnosed it with electrical problems and said that they could install a new tank for $2,426.00. They also claimed that my parts weren’t under warranty unless the tank was leaking, which it was not. I contacted the manufacturer, the parts are under warranty. I had a second plumber come out who took the time to drain the tank and inspect the heating element and noticed they were calcified. I got new heating elements and thermostat, and for 10% of the price ($240), my hot water works again. And the other company said they would install a new tank for $1400 warrantied had I needed it.

  I hired Tru Plumbing and Gas to install my gas hot water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I’m very pleased with the quality and cleanliness of their work, and I would highly recommend them. Their pricing is on the higher side, but you truly get what you pay for.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this plumbing company! They did an amazing job from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and arrived when they said they would. They took the time to explain everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and made sure everything was done correctly before they left. The quality of their work was outstanding, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. It’s not always easy to find a company you can trust, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and honest plumber.
