  Holy cow food we have an emergency. About midnight we broke a line trying to install a water line to the frig... Nate was FREAKING AWESOME! He came all the way from... well I don't know. But he called 3 min after I requested an emergency plumber. Got to the house and went right to work. Seriously amazing. Very happy with him and the company

  Nathan R. came over in a timely manner and saved me in a plumbing emergency. Another plumbing company burned us and didnt solve the problem. I know now that we should have called Tru Plumbling from the get go. Nathan was straight up and set us up to be back in working order. Because of Nathan's professionalism and service I will recommend Tru Plumbing from now on.

  This was my first time using Tru Plumbing and I was very impressed! Nathan came to unclog a bathtub in one of my rentals.He was extremely nice and had the job done quickly. Asked some questions to make sure there were no problems adding to the hair clog. He cleaned up after himself and the perfect touch was the front door mat he brought to use. The price was very reasonable and communication timely. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

  Had TRU hook up a gas dryer. Very easy to work a scheduled time around my schedule. Jason arrived at scheduled time, thoroughly explained what he was going to do and set out doing it. He checked his work several times to ensure nothing was overlooked and even gave me his contact info if anything happened and I needed him to come back out. No issues with the dryer install.

  Dishonest! A tech came out to diagnose a water leak that seamed to be coming from the shower and leaking into the unit below. He recorded footage from within the wall of water streaming down from above. He then sent a quote that said “New tub/shower faucet : This is the replace the old tub faucet. This is due to a leak in wall when shower is used. This will require cutting hole in the drywall behind the tub to replace it. After the replacement we will install a wall access panel for future use if needed.” The quote was $1649. The same shower valve was changed in the other bathroom by ACME plumbing for $400. That is not the worst part…the shower valve works fine and is NOT leaking at all! The bath spout was pushing water backward when closed to use the shower. The fix was $30 in pipe and fittings for the bath spout and took 1hr. The estimate was purposely left vague about the source of the leak and the proposed solution was not necessary at all. When talking to the tech, he defended the quote by saying “if you’re in there, you might as well change the valve”. That’s like saying if you need a new circuit breaker you might as well change the whole electrical panel. The manager defended the tech stance and in the end agreed the quote should be more detailed. I explained to them that people trust them to be honest and forthright, not greedy and sneaky. The manager seemed disinterested in what I had to say and I was left feeling like this is a company wide issue. Money grabs and dishonest estimates to maximize profits.
