- PIPatricia Ann Ingramtoday5.0Exceptional service! I called because my light bulb exploded in my bathroom. Dustin and Levi came went through the house to make sure there wasn't anything else going on that I wasn't aware of. Fixed my bathroom light the way I had always wanted it to be which was changing it from two light bulbs to just one. They also found that my smoke detectors were not working and we replaced those with new smoke detectors and a carbon detector. I was very impressed with how thorough Dustin and Levi were! I was not able at the time to get everything done that they found was important that needs to be corrected in the future.
- EMEugene Mills1 day ago1.0Local resident of the gulf coast, had multiple quotes and Mr Sparky was the most expensive out of everyone by far. I don’t expect anything cheap or free, but when the estimate is nearly double everyone else’s during a storm it makes you question the integrity. The person that estimated my home wouldn’t even send the quote as I’m sure he is aware that he may have been reported. This quote was during after a category three hurricane hit the gulf coast and residents were in need due to the loss of power. In my personal experience, I do not recommend.
- DBDerek Bussard3 days ago5.0Tristan, from Mr. Sparky, was knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. He was very clear on different options on to how to move forward with the repair. He was very detailed in his explanation of the issues and resolutions. I would recommend Tristan to anybody I know that has electrical issues!
