- QQQ1 day ago5.0Yamer is a very personable and professional young man from the Niceville location. He came to my home in June to try and fix a LED issue I was having with a chandelier that needed to be re-installed. He spent time working on it, but unfortunately the fixture was beyond repair, as it had likely suffered an electrical surge during a previous installation (NOT by Mr. Sparky). Yamer did install a surge protector on my home to safeguard my appliances for any future surges. I am happy with the outcome and will call them when I have another chandelier to hang.

He addressed safety concerns. Which I knew about. I mentioned a few things that I was interested in. He wrote it up and started work that day. I appreciate his straightforward attitude and attention to detail. If I need anything, I will request it from him.

Grant, AKA Mathew, was our technician. He was timely, knowledgeable, and very professional. I was so impressed by his patience and how meticulously he went about troubleshooting the problem that I ended up adding other items to the job that he returned the next morning to complete. Very satisfied with the work and won't hesitate to call them again.
