  I cannot rave enough about the crew at GulfShore Air. Our ac needed to be replaced and we got quotes and vibe checks from 4 different companies. Drew from GulfShore Air offered us portable ac units to use while we got our quotes and when I asked if they offered a military discount, they didn’t hesitate to offer a discount. He was also the only one out of the 4 , who got up in the attic to check the duct work so we went with them. Jared and Mark were our installers and they were so nice and had the best manners. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was done as well. Krista, from the office, was amazing to work with as well. They all had great attitudes, were a joy to work with and went above and beyond for us.

  Gulf Shores is always professional. They answer the phone, listen to the problem, give you a concrete day and time of the technician’s arrival. They remind you of the appointment and continue communication. They have knowledgeable experts and are very reasonably prices.

  Have a newer unit put in with service contract and have had nothing but problems. It broke on Sunday and they were going to charge me a fortune to bring a portable AC. They “fixed” it on Monday and this morning which is Wednesday its broken again.

  Scott was amazing. Extremely nice and very thorough. He thoroughly explained our system, troubleshot the issues and fixed them promptly. Great to have peace of mind that the system will run great for the foreseeable future.
