  Michael was a God send! We are taking care of home repairs as we’re moving and our coils were in rough shape causing a slight drip from the HVac! What could’ve been a 5,000$ problem turn out to be way less! He was professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I will 100% be using Gulfshore and Michael for our new home. Thank you thank you thank you.

  I had a great experience from start to finish. I really appreciated that an actual person answered the phone —it made the process much more personal and easy. The communication via calls and texts were also very helpful for knowing the status of my appointment. Technician, Esau Young, came out after hours to repair my AC. He was friendly, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem before making the repair. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend Esau for any AC repair needs!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gulfshore AC. From the very first interaction, they treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. Their customer service is truly exceptional, but what impressed me the most is the quality of the people behind the company. They are not only outstanding professionals, but also incredible human beings who truly care about helping others. When my AC stopped working, they went above and beyond to help us. They even brought portable AC units to our home so we wouldn’t have to endure the Florida heat. That level of kindness, generosity, and thoughtfulness is something you rarely see these days. Chris was absolutely incredible. He was always available to answer my questions, offer guidance, and help in any way he could. His professionalism, honesty, patience, and genuine compassion made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Krista was equally amazing. She was kind, caring, and always willing to help. From the very beginning, she made us feel supported and truly cared about what we were going through. I also want to thank Esau for his kindness and for taking the time to help us. His willingness to step in and assist meant a great deal. I will never forget the kindness that Chris, Krista, and Esau showed my family. They went above and beyond to help us when we needed it most, expecting nothing in return.
