  I had to have a new HVAC system installed which was an unexpected and large expense. Not a good situation but have to say, Gulf Shore AC made it the best experience all around. By the end I felt I got my moneys worth and am thrilled with the system they installed. Great pricing, great customer service with all interactions from phone to in person, impeccable install and equipment! The team I had (3) were phenomenal! The whole company, all my interactions were top notch.customer service on point! They installed with professionalism, smiles, and kindness. They didn’t take a break! Not one! Being in a home with no ac at all, they worked in hot sauna conditions and never complained, not once. They just worked. I learned so much abt HVAC too! I am thrilled I found this company because I can tell that they really care about their customers 1000%! Highly recommend.

  Travis with Gulf Shore Air is outstanding! He is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, arrived when promised, and made sure the job was done right the first time. It’s hard to find someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, and Travis definitely does. I highly recommend Gulfshore Air to anyone looking for honest, reliable HVAC service. We’ll absolutely be using them again in the future!

  Service that is WORTH the price you pay! I will 100% be calling Gulfshore again (should the need arise), and specifically request Ethan. He was wonderful, professional, polite and informative, forbearing with my children's plethora of questions, and kindly answering them all. I can't recommend him, or the company, enough!

  I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional installation service provided by Rolando, Brian, and Trent. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home.They arrived exactly on time and worked incredibly efficiently to replace/install my new HVAC system. Their attention to detail was obvious, and they took the time to neatly route all the ductwork and ensure every connection was secure. They even took the time to walk me through exactly how to use my new smart thermostat and maintain the system.

  Needed plumbing leak repairs twice recently (different days) and Gulfshore Air Conditioning & Heating was very responsive each time. Service team showed up quickly. Kirt and Trent were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and able to deal with the issues. They also had the parts needed and fixed the leaks each time. Costs were reasonable and I highly recommend Gulfshore to anyone who needs plumbing help.
