  Just had Verns reposition all my old attic fiberglass insulation batts that had shifted over the years. I then had them lay new R19 batts on top of the old insulation batts. They were very thurough and did an excellent job. There is now a noticable difference in home temp. I now have to set my thermostat higher because my house so much easier to keep cool.

  For ‘53 dry van deliveries, make sure you use customer directions, especially if you want to park here overnight, which is available on the street, enough room for two trucks on the right side before you enter. I stayed here overnight with no issues . New Smyrna Beach: Interstate 95, to exit 256 Dunlawton . Stay on Dunlawton all the way , RIGHT to US 1 SOUTH. Go 7 or 8 miles to RIGHT on TURNBULL BAY ROAD. .05 mile on right , go past the main cosigning office, and turn right again on TURNBULL and you will see the place to park before the entrance on the right. When you enter, pretty decent area to maneuver the truck. Building on the left has four docks. I checked in at 7:15. Told him I was here and said they would come out and get me. Very busy in the mornings with them loading their trucks before 8:00 am appointment. Waiting for them to come out to get me, a few minutes before 8:00 another truck showed up and got loaded while I was waiting…. He got loaded probably within 30 minutes, and then apologized to me when he was leaving, saying that he didn’t know I was ready to be unloaded until someone inside told him that I was waiting . That was nice to have an apology from him.

  We've had an excellent experience with Vern's, working with them on replacing some cabinetry. First of all, Angie came to our house to inspect the problem. She was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful, and she got parts measured and ordered quickly. When the parts arrived, scheduling was easily done via a phone call, and Dale came to install them. His professional expertise was evident, and our cabinetry now looks great and works beautifully. We would definitely hire this company again! Much appreciated, Vern's, and many thanks to Angie and Dale.

  Unfortunately, the experience and professionalism cannot be less than 1. They never showed up on the scheduled installation date. When I called them two business days later, the scheduler was having a problem with the computer and never called me back. I sent an email to the estimator last week and he said it would be done by the end of the week. Extremely disappointing experience. We don’t need gutters that bad to do business with this company.

  Had a Vern's representative come out to my home to measure cabinets and to provide me an estimate on 2/8/2018....never heard back from them...have made several follow up calls to no avail. Poor business practice!!!!
