  Kielty Plumbing has earned my trust over and over again. This is the third home where I have relied on them, and they have always treated me with honesty, kindness, and professionalism. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone I have dealt with has been helpful, respectful, and dependable. I especially appreciate that they send the technician’s name and photo before arrival, which gives me peace of mind. Kielty is a family business that truly acts like one, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

  forgive my speeling...We had our kitchen sink loose its nozzle on a Friday morning. In short, the sink was down. We had them come out to fix it that morning. And they said a crucial part was missing (lost in the sink when it broke). And we needed another new faucet. No problem we bought on by 1pm that day. Then we called and asked for someone to come and install it. Their answer to that was they could do the job Wednesday (5 days later). No exceptions. 5 days. We promptly told then never mind we could find someone who could do it sooner. In short, they came out promptly. Then dropped the ball and told us deal with no sink in our kitchen for 5 days. it was the office lady that said it would take 5 days.

  I had a fantastic experience with R.J. Kielty, all thanks to Anthony. He was extremely polite, professional, and knew exactly what to do every step of the way to diagnose my tankless water heater after a storm. He even contacted Rheem tech support directly to ensure we ordered the exact replacement part needed. Exceptional customer service—I would give Anthony 10 stars if Google allowed it! Highly recommended.

  I called for air-conditioning on a brand new unit had no heat. I said their man over in the evening he was out there and replaced a capacitor came in and replaced the thermostat and charge me almost $800. It didn’t fix the problem. He overcharged me for the thermostat or $89 at Kmart or Walmart a condenser should’ve been covered under the warranty a schedule I had to call and schedule them to come back it didn’t come back to us next day at six. He couldn’t do anything because the problem had to be in the ductwork. He walked away and didn’t do anything, but I’m still paying Kelly $15 a month for a discount I think is ripping off the elderly condenser shouldn’t be over 100 1/2 and a thermostat $89 I called but no response

  I have found my new favorite plumber at RJ — Joe Freeman! Joe has been out to my house three times now, and each visit has been exceptional. The first time, he came out to unclog my washing machine drain line. The second time, he installed a cleanout and cleared the sewer line as well as helped figure out why my drain had clogged twice. The third time, he jetted out the drain line after discovering it was connected to my kitchen line and that the previous homeowners apparently thought dumping grease and everything else down the drain was a good idea. Joe communicates extremely well, explains everything step by step, and is thorough, efficient, and fast. He takes the time to make sure you understand what is happening and what needs to be done. On his last visit, Joe had his apprentice, Louis, with him, and I was equally impressed. Joe was patient, kind, and took the time to teach him while working. It was great to see someone not only skilled at their job but also invested in someone else. I highly recommend Joe Freeman for anyone looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about the quality of his work.
