- JLJoanne LawsonSep 12, 20265.0Cool Quest inspection was by far the most thorough one I have had in the past 15 years. After not feeling comfortable with the 10 minute one I had the year before, with another company, I saw their ad in the Heritage Pines newsletter. I am so glad I tried them. Ricky, the technician cleaned out the drain, checked the unit in the garage and outside. Took off the top of the outside unit and cleaned the pine needles that were collected in there. Spent at least 45 minutes at the house. I highly recommend this company.
- DSDwight SwanSep 11, 20265.0Glenn came to my home and did the service on my AC. First off. What a nice young man. He found the problem and completed the repair very fast. He then gave me a few tips for future problems to watch for and was able to look up when the warranty period ended for me. CoolQuest is lucky to have Glenn as an employee. I will be using them again.
- DHDebbie HSep 9, 20265.0From my first contact with CoolQuest to the completion of the job, I was very pleased. Every employee I interacted with had a genuine interest in answering my questions and assisting with my a/c needs. Additionally, they were prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. My home is comfortable and enjoyable again, thanks to the folks at CoolQuest.
- DCDoreen CSep 6, 20265.0Rick communicated well, showed up 4 hours early, deduced the problem immediately and completed the work in 97° heat in less than an hour. Installed a new capacitor, a recommended compressor start assist. He verified the readings and let me know the. Refrigerant status. Rick is very knowledgeable knowing the manufacturers recommended readings. I added in a very reasonable 1 yr appliance maintenance plan. Highly recommend this family owned business!!
