  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kory provided absolutely outstanding service. After two other HVAC companies failed to properly diagnose and fix the issue with our mini split, Kory came out on a Saturday within 10 hours of our call and immediately went to work troubleshooting the system thoroughly. He spent nearly 4 hours diagnosing, testing, and verifying everything to make sure the unit would continue working reliably before leaving. What really stood out was Kory’s professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. He clearly knew what he was doing, explained everything well, and genuinely cared about fixing the issue correctly instead of rushing through a temporary repair. He also offered thoughtful recommendations for long-term permanent solutions, which we really appreciated. It’s hard to find technicians this knowledgeable and dedicated anymore. Highly recommend Kory and the company to anyone needing honest, dependable HVAC service.

  I can't say enough about this company and the team led by Jack and associates and supervisor Nate. After being over charged by another local company they understood our situation and honestly evaluated our AC coil replacement and professionally installed it on time and at a price that I am sure was less than their regular fee because we were cheated by the other company. I highly recommend this company and they will be our go to company for all future home projects air conditioning,plumbing and the rest of their services.

  Paradise Home Services provided excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling with Mareissa was easy and smooth, and Jack did a great job with both the diagnosis and estimate. The pricing was fair, and I especially appreciated that Jack took the time to dig into the root cause of the issue instead of just offering quick, surface-level fixes. That extra effort really stood out. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend them. Looking forward to the upcoming installation.

  Jack from Paradise Home Services came to the house for a service call on our air conditioner. He quickly assessed the issue. Based on what he saw and our discussion, he made recommendations and provided estimates. He was courteous and professional. We made an appointment and Caleb and Matt came to complete the work. They answered questions and worked diligently until finished. They cleaned up afterwards. They both were professional and courteous as well. The system is running quieter and more efficient.   Kory the service rep contacted me prior to coming and gave a estimate on the time of arrival. He was spot on very professional and very knowledgeable. He gave a very honest assessment of the question I had about my attic insulation which I was very impressed with. This led my to ask about other services they offered and he spent plenty of time talking with me about those. I would absolutely recommend giving Paradise Home Services a call with any questions or quotes you may have. Thanks again Kory!
