  Kelton was very polite and professional in helping me fix my AC problem which occurred (very inconveniently) after hours, before the 4th. He was very gracious and knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in no time. He was patient in explaining everything to me and in answering questions. He's very knowledgeable. Pricing was reasonable. We would not hesitate to use or recommend Kelton to anyone having an AC problem.

  We had an AC problem the day before the 4th weekend and have a newborn in the home. We called Paradise and they had a *wonderful tech RIGHT OUT! They were truly live savers on a holiday weekend, when many other company’s weren’t even answering. Our tech, Kelton was a pro & got it done quickly while also doing a great job! Paradise WILL be our go to for years to come!

  My air conditioner recently stopped working a Wayne did a fantastic job getting it not only running again but recalibrated correctly. He stayed here about 4 hours having to drain the Freon and adjusting the output so the air was at the right temperature and was determined to get all the settings correct. He was very pleasant and professional the entire time even though it was really hot outside. I also wanted to mention Jack and Nat who came out before Wayne and also worked on my unit trying to get it working correctly. They also spent several hours here and were very professional. I use Paradise for all my work and have always been impressed with the employees who come to my come.

  I had a fantastic experience with Paradise Home Services. From the very beginning, they were quick to respond and had someone out to my home promptly. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent—I always knew what to expect and felt well informed every step of the way. Korey was an outstanding technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that put me completely at ease. On top of that, he was incredibly kind and patient with my three golden retrievers, which meant a lot to me! It’s not often you find a company that combines great customer service, clear communication, and true expertise, but Paradise Home Services delivered on all three.   Super impressed with Thomas and Kimberly. Thomas the first day, Kimberly the second. He was professional and very polite. He explained everything that he was going to do. Showed where the blockage was in my pipes. He went over all 3 choices of what I could choose from. Told me about the maintenance program which I did get. He then set out to get the job done. Kimberly came on the second day to finish the job, flushing out the pipes I think it was called. She had the same professionalism and politeness. I highly recommend Paridise for any plumbing. I believe they were fair. Thank You.
