The techs were quick and efficient. They clearly explained the issue with the HVAC system. I opted to correct as it was a simple maintenance issue. 10 minutes total time on-site.

Thomas called us in advance to let us know he was on the way, which was very helpful. He replaced a toilet that we had purchased in a timely manner and was very polite in conversation knowledgeable. .

Ryan and Caleb performed an install of a completely new unit after our old unit fried due to a power surge. Super knowledgeable guys and they walked us through all the new equipment and the thermostat that came with it! Couldn’t be happier with Ryan and Caleb, and Paradise as a whole.

We had a great experience with Paradise Plumbing! Vinnie came out to help us and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain exactly what the problem was, walked us through the possible solutions, and was very transparent about the costs upfront. We really appreciated knowing our options and what to expect before any work was done. We were also very impressed with how quickly they responded after we called and how fast they were able to come out and address the issue. We will definitely be using Paradise Plumbing again anytime we have a plumbing issue. Highly recommend them, and especially Vinnie!

My water heater bottom rusted out and leaked. So, I hooked up the hose and empty it after shutting off the power and turning the main water supply off. I called Paradise Home Services and showed me 3 different quotes. The tech showed me quotes for $2,600 and $2,300 something with a leak detection. The cheapest quote was around $1,600, but he wanted me to buy my own water heater and bring it inside the house. Are you f……kidding me? Buy my own water heater so all he has to do was connect the water supply for $1,600 something!!! I wonder how many people probably desperate or seniors got taken for that s…? Update from 1 star to 3 stars: I received a call from the service manager was the reason for the stars upgrade. I explained what transpired and he was willing to work with the price. But since they weren’t the only plumbers in the Navarre area, I already had called others after the tech left and was able to find a more reasonable price with the permit to include a new water heater delivery which I expect and willing to pay.
