  A piece of flashing was torn off the front of my home over the weekend in one of those intense Florida Summer thunderstorms. We called the company that replaced the roof a few years ago and they have disappeared. Otero Construction was the ONLY company that answered the call and said they could come out the same day. They came, repaired the damage and were super reasonable for the work. The absolute BEST roofing/flashing company in Naples, don't bother calling anyone else.

  We would highly recommend Otero Construction if you are in need of a new roof. They did a great job and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Tom, Carla and Aden are a hardworking family that offer a top quality product with the best shingles on the market. A+++

  Hands down Otero Construction is my go to phone call for all repairs etc. They are prompt, professional and always do an outstanding job. I highly recommend them. They have installed new stairs, a new roof and done numerous repairs to my house. They are reasonable and I am never disappointed. They are a quality company. Give them a call.

  This business is very unprofessional. I paid them to fix the leaking spots on my roof, BUT the roof NEVER stop leaking after he came fix it. When I called him to come back fix it right again, he yelled at me he got upset because he had to come back to fix without compensation. After 2nd fix, my roof still leaked on the next raining day. Now they tried to blame on roof and asked me to replace the whole thing. I basically paid for nothing to be done. He even thread file lawsuit against me for defamation of character, AND all I did now is giving my honest review based on bad service I got. I lost money and learned another lesson!

  Tom was doing a fantastic job in no time. He came by to check the damage on our roof, defined the right roof tiles and already next day installed the new ones. We are more than satisfied, thank you!
