  We were having issues with our A/C unit and Josh Alford from One Hour Heating and A/C came to our house. He was Customer Friendly and Professional and went right to work. He was informative and showed us everything that was wrong and needed replacing. We are so thankful for Josh and his knowledge, that we wouldn't go anywhere else for A/c repairs.   Josh was able to come out the same day my AC stopped working and was very personable and polite. Josh took his time to determine my AC issues, and explained exactly what was going on with my AC. After learning my 12 year old AC was no longer able to do the job, Josh again took his time with me and explained all my options, and what exactly the pros and cons of the AC units that were available. I'll be requesting Josh for service maintenance in the future with my new AC unit. Thanks Josh!

  I called up today and got on a annual program and asked for an annual service .upon getting a person sent within an hour I was very impressed with the accommodation they gave me .the person they send ,George was a young Armenian ready to go technician who took his time and made sure the service was complete .I was very impressed I recommend this place

  Poor; before checking anything, he wanted authorization for several hundred dollars worth of Freon and I told him I wasn’t even sure it was a problem so wanted to make sure it was. It wasn’t the problem. Then he was rambling about it might be due to the retrofit of the unit in the space and I told him I told him I had the house for 13 years so this was nonsense. I knew for sure it was a drainage problem and told him I might consider rerouting the pipe because it drains directly into the main drain. He said that couldnt be scheduled until another time. So he vacuumed the pan which took 3 minutes. I told him this wouldn’t fix it so he said he could use CO2 to blow it out but would have to cut the pipe. I told him nobody cut the pipe before and it had been done a couple times in the 13 years I owned it. But he didn’t know how to do it. By then I was fed up with him. So it was totally wasted money since no problem was solved. So luckily I had a second house an hour away where we could go to cool off.

  Terrible company to work with as a customer of over 11 years. Customer service is horrendous as is their communication. This company lacks ethics and integrity. Purchased a maintenance contract for two visits. Annual was never specified, when speaking with Roxanne to clarity that I had the one visit remaining, it was confirmed but it was never conveyed that I had a time frame with which to use it. Sleezy people then have the audacity to tell me they will be happy to Charge me a one time fee of $138 for a maintenance visit or I have the option to sign up for another maintenance plan. $19.99 per month So you have my free money and will Not make an exception for your lack of communication? QUESTION: Why would I even want to do business with a company like this? Let alone return for another financial beat down? You can keep your service I'll go elsewhere and I will advise everyone to do the same.
