  Josh A arrived at my Mother in Laws home. He was very thorough, checked every thing, adjusted the system settings and explained what the possible issues were . We’re very satisfied with our experience today. After several visits and by the process of elimination it was determined a new AC system would be the best path forward. They did it in one day, accommodating our need to get it done ASAP. The only thing I wish they had done prior to the install, was re-level the pad the outside unit sits on.

  I had such a great experience with Rafael Andrejas my AC technician!!!!!!! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, and compassionate. He was able to identify the issue with my AC within a matter of seconds, which really impressed me and gave me confidence that I was dealing with someone who truly knows what he’s doing!!! He is a true asset to your company!!! I’m currently taking some time to figure out my options financially, but I will definitely be looking forward to having my AC repaired by him. I truly appreciate his honesty, expertise, and the way he treated me. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Maintinance Service people do a great job. However, big Problems with management not returning calls but rather being bounced around to the wrong people. Unable to get concerns addressed. No one is returning calls. After 13 years as a customer I am dissatisfied and disappointed. The key to any good business is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

  I woke up and I called them at 6 AM. They said they would be there from 8 to 10. I got a call around 9:30 saying that they were going to run a little bit late. I was like OK I understand but their whole thing is if they're late, then you don't pay but by them calling me saying I understand that they were going to be late apparently I omitted to not paying by being polite and they rescheduled me from 10 to 12 without communicating that. I was willing to forgo that because the technician was really nice at first and he seemed really thorough and he went to go take care of it and he explained everything. He then tried to tell me and sell me a $5000 repair for just labor to take out my system and reseal it because I had an overflow of water. I am not the one that makes these approval so I gave him the number and email of the person to communicate this and I was like hey he's in Alaska. Don't call him right now. Let me communicate and just send over the email to let him know what we're working with, and the technician went ahead and he called him and created this whole drama and did not listen to what I said. I ended up paying $240 To get my AC working for today and that was just to get the water drained. I had paid before he did the service and the technician just left my house and did not communicate that he left. Left my garage door open and left the attic down. I went with this company based off of their reviews and how long they had admitted business please do not go with them. They will try to upsell you based off my experience. I would like to update the management did reach out to me, apologies and give me my money back. They also offered to have someone come and revisit the unit but i politely declined

  Yesterday afternoon my thermostat sent me a notice that there was something wrong. We keep it set at 73° and it was up to 80°. I called One Hour and they sent a technician. John Pelusi came out and gave the unit a complete check up. By the time he got here, it actually seemed to have started working somewhat. He found no issues and thinks the compressor over heated and once it cooled off, resumed working. By the time he left, the interior temp was coming back to comfortable levels. John was through explained what he found. Would definitely recommend One Hour
