  Ordered tile, came in wrong size. Told him i needed 4’x4’ tile since the walls were just under 8’ high. Why would I order 3’ x3’. Blamed me for wrong order. I’m not on the computer putting the order in. Poor communication, never called when order came in. First or second time. Said they’ll look to sell tile for me from wrong order they did. That went really well , I went to pick up because figured not trying to help sell it. Salesman didn’t know where tile was , said he’d check on it and get back to me. Surprise, two weeks later no call again. Went in found out tile in the back of building. Uncovered. Moldy. Anybody need some tile? Make sure to check everything when you order, otherwise you may be blamed or stuck too for their mistakes. Prior salesman I had there was good, new one be careful.

  Nice people to work with..very helpful. Nice products . I have purchased tile from them to redo 2 bathrooms. Very happy with the results.

  Bill Gotham was a big help in assisting my husband and I with laminate floor for our kitchen. He was patient and took the time to explain the different options and gave an honest opinion. I’m very happy with the floor we chose - it’s durable and looks beautiful. I highly recommend Bill.

  Never do business with this den of thieves. We ordered tile from them and they cut our order short. We found out after we had laid all 1000 square feet of it, and we were less then 4 feet short. We requested that they send us a few slabs more and they refused. After repeated attempts they finally gave us tile, except it was the wrong tile. We brought it in to discuss it with them and they said they had run out of the tile and would not be getting any more. Our customer wanted matching tiles (who wouldn't?) so we had to pay to have the tile chipped up and replaced with new tile. Despite being 100% at fault for our costs, they are refusing to refund the tile that they failed to provide. They should also have to pay the labor we had to pay to chip the tile up, but of course they are not going to. It's unbelievable that they are going to get away with this scam.
