  Our first time with McGrath Plumbing. We were very happy with Chandler and the quality of his work. He replaced our kitchen faucet and the cartridge in our shower valve. Chandler was excellent. He was easy to talk with, explained everything well, cleaned up after his work, and we couldn't have been happier!! Highly recommend.

  I highly recommend McGrath Plumbing. They were punctual, dependable, professional, and provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. The quality of their work was outstanding, and everything was completed efficiently and as promised.   I was referred to him by our HOA when I needed a new water heater. He responded quickly and we arranged for him to replace the water heater when i was out of town. Everything went seamless and I was very happy. Flash forward 8 months and I'm having a little trouble and needed some service. Seriously, it's probably only a minor adjustment, but i need some help. Crickets. I have texted 5 or 6x and called his office number 3 or 4x. I actually spoke to a nice lady and was thinking he will return my call finally after speaking with someone and not just a text. She said he was on a big job and I said mine was not imminent and if he could just return my call in the next few days etc. Despite showing patience while he was busy, he still never returned my texts or calls. I am disappointed that I have to get someone else involved for something minor that is still under warranty, should there actually be something wrong. Maybe I'm just having some bad luck with this guy, but he never responded.
