- PWPatricia WetherillSep 23, 20265.0KEY TO COOL- Honorable, efficient, exceptional HVAC company. Over the years, we’ve had multiple different companies and we keep coming back to Key to Cool.
- TBTerri BodnarSep 19, 20265.0Josh was very thorough and explained in detail with pictures issues we were having with our unit. So thankful he was able to fix our problem!
- HHHollySep 15, 20265.0I have been a loyal customer of Key to Cool since March 2018 when a friend from Port Royal highly recommended them. My friend has seven HVAC systems of various types and ages and they told me Key to Cool always provided impeccable care from service to installation. I decided to give them a try, and I have had nothing but the absolute best experience and care of my residential HVAC system ever since. In 2022 they put in a new system for me and I keep their biannual maintenance contract going at all times. They are the most professional, responsive, honest, caring team of individuals that I have ever encountered. It is so good to know I can always count on them and trust their guidance. They are a very hard-working group that never cuts corners! They consistently go above and beyond to make sure me and my system are extremely well taken care of! This includes everyone from owner Kevin, to Installation & Service Managers Shawn & Colby, field techs Wes, Marvin, Hugh, Bobby and more, as well as Mary Lou in the office. I truly am very fortunate to have Key to Cool as my HVAC company!
- NNNicoleSep 10, 20265.0Wes did a wonderful job. Couldn't be more pleased.
- DTDMS TruckingSep 2, 20265.0Shawn and Kevin have been great to work with! Very professional they’ve helped out both of my dental offices. Highly recommend.
