  Key to Cool Customer Service is the best I've ever experienced for ANY company! Here's why: We returned to Naples a few days before the July 4 holiday. Our air conditioner stopped working on July 2 late in the afternoon. Even though it was after 5 PM I called the office and the answering service had a technician call me. Marvin called back within 10 minutes and tried to talk me through a few fixes, but nothing worked. Even though the business was closed for the July 4 holiday, Marvin came out to the house first thing in the morning on July 3 and examined our system to try to get us working. Unfortunately, the system needs to be replaced but Marvin got Shawn on the phone on his day off and he sent us a contract within minutes for a new system. We're hoping for as quick an installation as possible. Lastly, Marvin went back to the shop to get us a portable air-conditioning unit so at least we could sleep in one room. I have never been so satisfied with a company whose people went the extra mile when the temperatures were this high on a holiday weekend. I am convinced that the installation will be just as excellent as everything else. I could not recommend a company more.

  Terrible experience and service. Tech spent 5 minutes taking pictures (my system had an obvious coolant leak at a fitting) and then he sat in his van for 90 minutes ‘writing up an estimate’! He then let me know I wouldn’t get an estimate until tomorrow, he couldn’t fix it today, but wanted to charge me $120 now for the 5 mins of pictures. I still haven’t gotten an estimate. Avoid at all costs. Update - I used Florida Comfort Systems - they were awesome! Had it fixed in about the same time it took Key to Cool to (not) write me an estimate. Give them a call.

  We were so glad to have Josh assess the problems with our air conditioner and rectify the situation with UV lights and some other accessories. I wish we had known about this problem a few years ago, but thankfully, he’s was able to diagnose our issues and solve them in an expedient manner. I highly recommend him in this company.
