*UPDATE: I do greatly appreciate the response to my review. However, you have failed to take any accountability whatsoever and have done a poor job at attempting to explain. All you’ve done is reiterate what was already said and provide false information. You stated “the pump failed the following morning” when actually the pump began failing immediately following your technician’s visit. Please refer to the notes left by your after hours dispatcher and on call technician. You also stated you were “unable to find a year of premium service included in a signed agreement or invoice.” Of course you didn’t find anything since there was no such thing. It was told to us in person by the gentleman who came out for our initial quote. He also stated that following the free year of service he recommends that we take over the maintenance ourselves to save money because we would be able to do it ourselves at that point, but did warn us that this would void any future warranty. Again, your response is appreciated but invalid since you fail to hold any accountability whatsoever for the misinformation, misconstrued timeline, and the extremely convenient malfunction of our equipment.* The only reason I’m giving this company 2 stars is because the office staff has always been kind and professional. Unfortunately, our experience with the company as a whole has been incredibly disappointing, and we no longer feel we can trust them.
When we were originally quoted for our system, the salesman specifically told us we would receive one year of free monthly service following installation, after which we could choose to continue service for a monthly fee. That was never honored.
We began having problems almost immediately after installation and actually went several days without water. It took multiple service calls to locate and correct the problem, and we were charged for those visits.
About 6–9 months after installation, we noticed a PVC pipe leaking. We temporarily used Flex Seal tape because, based on our previous experience, we didn’t want to call them back out and be charged another service fee for what appeared to be a simple repair. About six months later, the leak worsened and the tape was no longer holding, so we finally called.
The technician repaired the PVC and told me he would return in a few minutes to restore our water after allowing the glue time to dry. He also mentioned replacing a broken switch, but I never had the opportunity to ask what switch or why it needed replacement. When he returned to restore the water, he never let us know he was finished or that he was leaving. One of our children happened to notice his van driving away.
When we checked the water, there was little to no pressure. We called the after-hours line, and thankfully another technician was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone with my husband. They discovered that the technician who had just left had forgotten to turn a switch back on. Easy enough fix.
The next morning, my husband and I were both able to shower—and then we lost water completely. We checked the system outside and found that the pump was completely off and would not turn back on.
We called the office again, and another technician came out a few hours later. We were then informed that our pump had failed and needed to be replaced.
$1,400 later, after having problems with this system since shortly after installation, being charged for service calls related to those problems, not receiving the year of service we were promised, and having our pump suddenly fail immediately following their technician working on the system, we are beyond frustrated. Additionally, when we spoke to management regarding our experience he gave completely contradictory information regarding how this could have occurred.
Whether every issue is directly related or not, the overall experience has completely destroyed our confidence in this company. At this point, I do not feel they stand behind their work or take care of their customers, and based on our experience, I absolutely cannot recommend them.
