- JMJ MendiAug 28, 20265.0We recently had a generator installed in our new home by Homeworks, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Building a new home can be incredibly stressful, with so many details and unexpected issues along the way. From start to finish, the generator process was completely worry-free. Everyone we dealt with, from the office staff to the installation team, was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Whenever we had a question or concern, it was answered quickly, and they were always willing to help—even when the issue wasn’t related to their equipment or their responsibility. That level of customer service is hard to find. After everything we experienced during the building of our home, we honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Homeworks. They were one of the few companies we dealt with that truly made the process easy and stress-free. We highly recommend Homeworks without hesitation!
- ESEstela SkendeAug 27, 20265.0After getting quotes from several generator installation companies, we chose Home Works for their strong reviews and transparent pricing. The proposal was detailed and clear, and there were no surprises along the way. The team exceeded our expectations. They installed the propane tank in our backyard with minimal disruption to the existing landscaping, which we greatly appreciated, and the electrical panels and equipment were installed neatly and professionally — real craftsmanship and attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout, the crew was knowledgeable and courteous, and they left the worksite exceptionally clean. The quality of the work fully lived up to the reputation that led us to choose them. We're extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Home Works to anyone considering a whole-house generator installation.
