The starter seized on my generator and found the original installer and other companies would not come out unless I have a service contract. I do my own service so I did not have a service contract although I do have a Generac Warranty. I finally contacted Dianna at Home Works and what a pleasant surprise ! She connected me direct to Generac Warranty and got the immediate approval for replacement. Ceasar came out with in the week with the replacement starter and installed it for $0 !! I can not recommend Home Works Now enough, you call them, Dianna answers ( not a machine ) and one of their mechanics come and do what is needed NO CONTRACTS NESSASARY !! WHAT A GREAT COMPANY !!!!!!
