  JP Reed is amazing to work with!!! He is very communicative with both myself and my builder. His quote was very thorough and included a number of components I would never have thought of but super happy he included them!!! Great service and great pricing!!

  JP is the best. I had taken some samples home, I live on Marco Island, not close. Having the samples only a few days I was injured and was in the hospital for three weeks. I called JP to tell him what had happened and I apologized for not getting back to him and still having his samples. John said no worries. take care of yourselves and do what you need to do. I explained what happened. Finally home and I still had the samples now for 10 weeks….. I felt bad as I had wanted to finish the rooms (2) weeks ago. All through my interactions with JP he wanted to know how I was that was, that more important than the Carpet. I think JP gave me a good price for the carpet and it was installed approximately a week after I ordered it. They had it installed this past Monday. Great guy to work with no pressure good pricing everything went along smoothly. No pressure just asked me to call him if I had any questions or issues and when I did, he took care of it. We only called each other when we had something to say, which I appreciated too.
