  We had an outstanding experience working with Anthony from start to finish! He came to our home promptly, provided a fair estimate, gave us his contact information, and never pressured us into making a decision. He gave us the time and space to think everything over, which we really appreciated. When we visited the showroom to choose our flooring, Anthony truly listened to what we wanted. Rather than simply steering us toward the most popular options, he considered our home's color scheme and the vision we had for the space. He even pointed out certain popular flooring choices that wouldn't complement our home and helped us find the perfect fit. His honesty and expertise made the decision so much easier. The installation process was just as impressive. Anthony quickly scheduled the work, sent an excellent installation crew, and they completed the entire job in just two days. The craftsmanship and professionalism were top-notch. What really set Anthony apart, though, was his customer service. Even after the installation was complete and he knew we were busy moving into our new home, he personally called to check in and make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy with our floors. That level of care is rare these days. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure you're happy, I can't recommend Anthony highly enough. He made the entire experience seamless, and we absolutely love our new floors!

  Hands down the best balance of cost and quality. Have used Hessler multiple times, and they have always exceeded expectations. JP went out of his way to help us out, and corrected several transitions of previous flooring installations that were not up to par. We highly recommend Hessler, and JP will be our first call!

  If I could give Anthony more than five stars, I would. From the very beginning, Anthony demonstrated a level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service that is increasingly rare today. When we selected our hardwood flooring, I requested a sample for final approval. The sample we received had significant pink undertones that would not have worked with the design of our new home. Rather than dismissing our concerns, Anthony immediately went to work. He contacted the manufacturer and arranged for samples from multiple dye lots to be sent so we could make an informed decision. His patience and commitment to helping us find the right product gave us complete confidence in our selection. Then our home became the victim of a major theft, and approximately 70 boxes of our hardwood flooring were stolen. This is where Anthony truly exceeded every expectation. Instead of simply telling us that replacement material would be difficult to find, he made it his mission to locate the exact same dye lot we had carefully selected. He worked tirelessly with the manufacturer and suppliers to track down replacement inventory, understanding how important color consistency was to the overall design of our home. Throughout the entire process, Anthony was responsive, compassionate, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us. We never felt like just another customer. He treated our project as if it were his own. In an industry where customer service often ends after the sale, Anthony continued to advocate for us when we needed it most. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication, professionalism, and integrity. He turned an extremely stressful situation into one that was manageable, and we would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for flooring and outstanding customer service.
