The most important quality that I cherish is TRUST. I NEVER HAD TO WORRY even if I was out of town the whole time. Kim and her team were outstanding to work with. They did an amazing job to make an outdated condo into my “forever” home. Thank you a hundred times. I will be recommending you to everyone I meet!

Working with Kim and the staff was a pleasure, and the bathroom remodel is, as my husband said, beyond expectations! Unlike several other companies we considered, Kim gave full attention to what we needed and imagined, and then gave us some well-thought-out suggestions based on the company's 30-year experience. Kim always came through with what she promised; her completion date was accurate, and the crew was courteous, knowledgeable and meticulous. We are looking forward to working with Genuine Home Builders Inc. for or upcoming kitchen reno. Highly recommended! -- Happy to post that our second room reno by Genuine Homebuilders is complete, and that it is even more beautiful than the first. This time, the crew transformed our dated, deep-in-the seventies kitchen into a gleaming, modern and tasteful space that was designed to be esthetically pleasing and ultimately convenient. Kim gave us excellent guidance from the get-go, and her team was precise, personable and kept the rest of the house in good order during construction. We were also impressed by the professionalism and customer service provided by the referred firms who delivered countertop, backsplash, cabinetry and appliances. The designer honored our request for easy to access shelving, rounded corners and a special display feature--all carried out perfectly. Our showplace of a kitchen came in on time and even a bit below budget. My husband’s comment on completion was, “This is even more beautiful than I imagined!” We are so grateful we found Genuine Homebuilders and will surely enjoy their excellent work for many years to come.

Genuine Home Builders was recommended to us by the building manager where we bought a condo. The condo needed a complete remodel. When we met Kim Todd we immediately felt a good connection and felt that we could trust her - which was very important since we would be up north while the remodeling was taking place. Kim and her team were a pleasure to deal with; they were responsive, flexible and very hard working. Even with the very unusual Covid restrictions they had to work under they finished 99% of the project on time. We have done several major re-models over the years and Genuine Home Builders stands head and shoulders above the rest. I would hire them again without hesitation.
