For 11 years Family Air continues to do a great job !!!

I have 2 systems at my home that I Family Air service 2x per year.
I have been a customer of Family Air for years now. Years ago I will never forget the quick service I received the day after Christmas. I was extremely sick and it was super cold and the heat went out. They showed up quickly and fixed my issue temporarily until some other parts came in. As sick as I was I would have had to go to a hotel if they were unable to accommodate me.
Move forward to this past Tuesday when my AC went out. I called and had a technician at my house within a half hour! Repaired my issue and made a few recommendations that we moved forward with. The following day we already had a maintenance scheduled so they came back out (within the quoted timeframe) did the entire maintenance and the recommended services we approved.
We had two separate technicians. The repair tech was Damian Gonzalez and he was incredible. Really knowledgeable and super polite. The maintenance tech was Ricky Exavier and he was equally as knowledgeable and polite. Seriously, how does one business have such nice people working for them?
Anyway, I don't feel as if this business nickels and dimes you to death. There is no hard sell and I believe these techs really do offer what is truly needed to keep your AC running for many years. AC's are like anything else, if you don't maintain them properly, you will not keep them working for long periods of time.
I highly recommend this company.
Our A/C was not working properly, specifically the compressor was not running. Roger Matoon from Family Air came and after talking to my husband over the phone, did the work. A/C is now cooling the house, very appreciative of the job well done. Hurrayyyy!!! 😁

Terrible. Installed an add on system to my system that was literally guaranteed to prevent call backs. It didn’t. We called they came out and said yes we installed that incorrectly so we will not charge you for fixing it but you still need to pay $169 Diagnostic Fee. How does this make sense to anyone?

Had a split air that was running and the air was not cooling. They came out and tech saided the help desk was not available so they would have to come another time. Asked why the unit had no power and was told it shorted out and need to be off. Next tech says you need a new motherboard $700 later and now it is show and they want to replace for $11000. Have 3 other compaines come out and estimates are 4 to 5 thousand. Oh and last teck said no charge their fault for not fixing correctly but now they are billing me. So want your unit destroyed and then get to pay 2 to 3 times what others charge then choose Famliy Air!
