  Cole Gibson came to my house today and serviced both my air conditioner and my mini split in the garage. I asked him if he would mind if I watched him perform the maintenance, which took a couple of hours, because I like to learn. He was totally okay with that. After watching how diligent he was with everything he did, it reaffirmed to me that having a maintenance agreement with the conditioned air is absolutely the right thing to do. Watching him clean the unit inside the house, then the unit outside, it was clear that a layperson could not have done that work. Hats off to Conditioned Air for sending me a top-notch employee.

  I was attempting to setup a service call for my HVAC, the lady on the phone took my credit card information, only to find out that the service time would be more that a month later. I asker her to cancel the service, only to find out that I was charged $250 on my credit card. I called back only they told me , I couldn’t speak to the billing department, there was no supervisor I could speak to and it would take 7 to 10 business days to reverse the charge.

  ​I was a loyal customer for three years on their semi-annual maintenance plan, which supposedly included priority dispatch and emergency service with no overtime rates. Unfortunately, when I actually had an emergency, they failed to honor what I was paying for. ​The Experience: ​Ignored Priority Status: My AC stopped blowing cold air at 8:30 PM with the house already at 80 degrees. Despite my service plan, I was told there were no emergency slots available and I had to wait until 4:00 PM the next day. ​Poor Communication: At 4:00 PM, the tech called with a 75-minute ETA. An hour and a half went by with no show and no contact. When I called the tech directly, he said the office had diverted him to an "emergency" in Palmetto but couldn't believe the office never notified me. ​Dishonest Dispatch: I immediately called the office to ask why my "priority dispatch" was being bypassed. After a 5-minute hold, the office miraculously told me the tech had already finished the Palmetto job and was on his way—a highly suspicious timeline. ​Unprofessional Technician: When he finally arrived at 6:15 PM, he spent his time complaining to my wife about being on his 9th job of the day and just wanting to go home to his family. ​While the actual repair was quick and reasonably priced once they showed up, I have canceled my service agreement. Conditioned Air failed to provide timely service, failed to honor their advertised priority dispatch, and sent an unprofessional technician. Their maintenance fee is significantly higher than other reputable local companies, yet they absolutely do not deliver the promised value of their service agreements. I highly recommend shopping around.

  They charged $413 to clear a clogged AC drain line. I contacted them and explained that I paid the $214 service to clear the clogged line but thought that the $199 additional for an unnecessary diagnostic that was unreasonable. They persisted in harassing me by email and phone. I finally paid them the additional charge but would never use them again. There are plenty of other HVAC servicers in the Naples area that are more resonable.

  Bob, from Conditioned Air just left our home and after immediately diagnosing the trouble, fixed the problem and completed our summer HVAC system check. The team is reliable and consistent in their services. Bob came when scheduled, was professional and delivered a good experience with no surprises. We appreciate the real Conditioned Air and will continue to rely on them to keep our AC in top shape. David
