  Great service and excellent communication. Jeremie was polite, professional, and efficient. I also appreciated the reminders before my appointment and the photo of the technician who would be arriving, it was a nice touch that made me feel more comfortable. Their contract service is reasonably priced.

  Beware scheduled appointment weeks ago was confirmed via email and confirmed the day before via email confirming time and then a no show placed a call response was they called and left message to reschedule we received no call no message. Very frustrating disappointing unacceptable and unprofessional. They also would not transfer me to a manager response was they would call Not holding my breath. Will be finding a new company for services.

  Just under 2 years ago $14,000. Was spent on a new unit that was supposed to be the very best. But we have had multiple time the air stop working even having maintenance done every 6 months. Several technicians have come. But only Brendan Fernandez who is very knowledgeable cared enough to find out the core of the problem. Finally I’m hoping it keeps working. But I realize that having the best not just knowledgeable but one who takes honest pride in his work. Makes all the difference. As property manager for the Fitzgerald’s from now on I will only request Brendan Fernandez as a technician for our property. Thank you Brendan

  I would like to say that I didn’t expect the blower motor to fail on the Lennox Heating And Cooling system, I purchased from you guys I’m not blaming you. Lenox has a good reputation. It was just a faulty part. I do want to say I appreciate your service man and your receptionist who initially took my calls and communicated with me throughout and the wrong motor came in stock. It was for the condenser outside not the blower my order for inside the unit, but the service man did track one down and came back the same day and repaired it. He’s a great guy. Hopefully you take good care of him and I would prefer to see him again when I do have my two maintenance inspections. I’d prefer him to come. He’s very knowledgeable and very good guy friendly again I appreciate you guys. Thank you for the service. It took three or four days, but it all worked out at the end. After another contractor’s heavy equipment accidentally damaged my outdoor A/C condensing unit on my property, I suddenly found myself needing a full system replacement and dealing with the stress of getting it handled fairly. I reached out to three different A/C companies for quotes. One never even showed up and just emailed me an estimate (disqualified immediately). Another had a solid reputation but was completely inflexible with scheduling, making me rearrange my entire work life to fit them just for a quote. Conditioned Air was the clear standout from the very first interaction. What truly set them apart was their outstanding customer service and genuine willingness to work around my constraints. Their Comfort Specialist (David) was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in plain language, set clear expectations upfront, and never once tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Throughout the process, he kept me well informed and handled every detail professionally. Even after the installation, when I noticed some minor airflow issues, Conditioned Air immediately stepped up and addressed everything at their own cost. They truly stood behind their work. I’m beyond satisfied with both the quality of the installation & Technical team (Luis, Miguel, Winston, Carlos) and the level of care & respect I received overall. Conditioned Air restored not just my A/C, but my faith in excellent customer service. If you need HVAC work done right — with honesty, flexibility, and heart — look no further.
