  Our technician James arrived a bit early, and he was able to diagnose very promptly the mechanical failure which had caused our AC to stop working. He had the correct new part in his van to fix it, and we very quickly had working AC again. On top of all that, he was very friendly and courteous and a total pleasure to work with.

  Great service! The AC technician Josh did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He diagnosed the issue quickly and got my AC working properly again. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable AC technician!

  Kevin did a great job installing my new thermostat. However, the price he had to charge was close to extortionate. It cost over $600 for a thermostat that should cost less than $200. If I bought mine own thermostat, they would have charged me more. I tried figuring out how they could charge so much and I still couldn’t come close to the amount I paid. Conditioned Air should be embarrassed by the prices they are charging. This company used to have fair pricing but that is no longer the case.

  Absolutely amazing service! I came home from vacation to an 85 degree home and an alert on my thermostat and called Conditioned Air. I've used them for the last 10+ years and always liked them but now I love them. I called at 3:30 and they had a service window from 4-6. I took it and my AC was fixed and running by 5:30. They diagnosed the drain pan in the attic unit was flooded, flushed the lines and it worked. So grateful. They're efficient, honest and professional. They send a text message when the technician is on the way with their picture so you know exactly who is arriving. I'll continue to renew my contract with Conditioned Air indefinitely. They're the best!

  I called Conditioned Air when the HVAC unit they installed 4 years ago started cycling and would not cool our condo lower than 81 degrees. They said they would send a technician out the next day which I was very happy about. I asked the clerk on the phone if could cancel the call if I was able to repair the unit myself. She said if I called before they closed at 10pm I could cancel the call. I was able to vacuum out the condensation line to repair the unit and called back at 7pm to cancel the service which they did. HOWEVER; I SAW THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED ME $169 FOR THE SERVICE CALL LATER THAT NIGHT. I CALLED BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THE CLERK THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE TOLD ME IT WAS THEIR POLICY TO BILL THE CUSTOMER WHEN THE CALL WAS OPENED AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 18 DAYS FOR THE CHARGES TO BE REIMBURSED!!!! I TOLD HER I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT AND WANTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. SHE SAID THERE WAS NO MANAGER ON DUTY (at 2pm on a wednesday) BUT WOULD HAVE A MANAGER CALL ME BACK. IT'S BEEN 4 DAYS NOW AND KNOW ONE HAS CALLED ME. TIME TO DROP CONDITIONED AIR AND LOOK FOR A MORE HONORABLE COMPANY. UPDATE: I talked with another HVAC company and they said they would never charge a customer before the work was completed. Time to call them the next time I need service. UPDATE 7/28/26: I responded to Conditioned Air via email as they requested and they responded by advising me that they listened to my original conversation with their rep when I opened the call and when I canceled the call and said I was told about the $169 charge and that it would be refunded if I canceled before the scheduled service. APPARENTLY IT "IS" THEIR POLICY TO CHARGE THEIR CUSTOMERS PRIOR TO THE SERVICE BEING PERFORMED. SINCE THIS IS THE CASE I WILL NOT BE CHANGING THIS REVIEW FROM A ONE STAR REVIEW. I REFUSE TO PAY ANYONE PRIOR TO THE SERVICE BEING PERFORMED AND THERE ARE PLENTY REPUTABLE HVAC COMPANIES IN FLORIDA THAT WILL CHARGE THEIR CUSTOMERS APPROPRIATELY "AFTER THE SERVICE IS PERFORMED". UPDATE 7/30/26: $169 charge was refunded.
