  I called Coharbor to install a light fixture in my dining area before I had to leave town last week. They started out strong - their AI assistant actually did exactly what I needed over the phone and I quickly had an appt. Great. When the delivery of my fixture was delayed by a day, they were very helpful with arranging a new one. Wonderful. The technician Tyler was very friendly and communicated with me throughout the process. He did a great job on the install. He unfortunately brought the wrong size cover for the junction box and had to leave a hole in the ceiling but assured me someone would come to finish the job first thing Monday morning. This made me a bit nervous as I was leaving town midday, but he assured me he would arrange it with his boss immediately. When I had not heard from anyone by Monday morning, I called and was told they had no record of the job being unfinished. Long story short, it took multiple escalating calls to finally get someone to come back. And the tech showed up literally 15 minutes before I had to leave. So it ended up being a very stressful situation resulting from the company’s mistake. Also, they continued to hound me for payment by text and email *after* I had paid the bill in full (and even after I had called yet again to tell them this). I hope this experience was an anomaly, but proceed with caution.

  Robert and Aramis were very clear with the work we needed to be done. Aramis even helped my husband take a snake out of our lanai!! Both were very professional and friendly.

  I had a great experience with Coharbor Electric LLC. They installed a new power source for my security camera system and did an excellent job from start to finish. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and—just as important—very patient while helping get everything connected and working properly. They didn’t just install the electrical source and head out the door; they took the time to make sure the entire setup was working the way it should. It’s refreshing to work with people who know what they’re doing, explain things clearly, and don’t make you feel like you should have earned an electrical engineering degree before they arrived. Great service, great attitude, and quality work. I would definitely recommend Coharbor Electric LLC and will happily call them again when I need electrical work.

  Robert kept me informed of arrival time and I also received a photo and short bio on him before he arrived… that was a nice touch. I had an ancient light and fan outlet that I thought was shorting out. Robert fixed what was wrong and even gave me a professional opinion on previous work I had done with a different company. Very pleasant experience, knowledgeable guy, and trustworthy. I’m actually having him come back after I return from vacation to replace a light fixture. This was my first time using COHARBOR Electric and was very pleased.
