Coharbor Electrician, Robert Serevino, went above and beyond trying to figure out my ceiling fan issues. Robert was so thorough he literally kept trouble shooting until he was able to identify where the problem was coming from. Robert also sent me several links to possible solutions that would cost me far less than just replacing the whole fan. It is good to know some businesses still have employees that reflect honesty, kindness, and impeccable work ethic. Thank you Robert and thank you Coharbor Electric!

This was my first time using Coharbor Electric and I had an overall positive experience with them. Robert was outgoing and friendly and provided me with multiple options to update my under and over kitchen cabinet lighting. I was very impressed with Alex and Isaac who removed my old lights and installed the new lights and switch. There were a few hiccups that came up during the installation, but all of the issues were addressed promptly. Alex did a great job explaining the options and making sure that I was satisfied with the changes. Alex and Isaac were painstakingly meticulous installing the new lights and left the job site cleaner than they found it. I will use Coharbor again the next time I need service and I would also refer a friend to them without hesitation.

Few businesses operate as well as Coharbor Electric, I found them to be very professional with job quotations, city approvals , scheduling and showing up on time. They do well at explaining what is needed and reasonable with their pricing. I was fortunate to have worked with Rob Severino throughout the project ,found him and his crew to be exceptional at working through a difficult EV charger install from my 9th floor condo down to parking garage. Coharbor was Great at finding a technical solution and staying on schedule. Bruce B

Second time in the past couple of years having Robert as my scheduled electrician, and Coharbor Electric is simply the best! Bernadette, the dispatch coordinator, had me booked and scheduled before I even hung up the phone. She actually remembered my work schedule and suggested availability that worked perfectly for me. That kind of customer service is hard to find! What I really appreciate about Coharbor is that they give you multiple options and explain everything clearly. There’s honestly no reason to call five different companies for estimates when you can get several options from the same company and make an informed decision without wasting your time. If I could recommend one thing, it would be this: if you’re on the fence about hiring an electrician, give Coharbor Electric your trust. They save you the time and hassle of dealing with companies that try to upsell you instead of focusing on the actual reason you called. It’s also nice having Robert come by. He listens more than he talks, which I really appreciate. He takes the time to understand what’s going on and doesn’t make you feel pressured into anything. The office staff has been just as helpful. Bernadette and the team have been incredibly responsive and have made the entire process easy from start to finish. Great electricians, great communication, and genuinely great customer service. I highly recommend Coharbor Electric!
