  Do not go here They will take your money and not provide you with your product or service They bring in a new manager every week They cannot get a grip on their business with either sales, people or managers And in the end the customer suffers They will take your money and you'll never get a installation or a delivery date You'll call many times and speak to somebody new on the phone every time Bed bath and beyond. Put a letter of intent to buy this company So beware They should be reported to the State of Florida, the attorney general's office for their business practices

  We’ve been coming back for a year now, I guess because our home wasn’t ready, and suddenly we were. We want to thank the staff for being so patient with us during the process. We were helped in selecting the perfect products for our home, simple and easy plus affordable, a word not often used in Naples. Thank you Vince once again.

  Worst customer service ever! Would not stand behind their defective product and argued over a $300 order. Will never do business with this company again. The salesman told us returns can’t be made in the store and made us call their customer service number. The customer service person told us the store has to handle returns. Salesman told us he’d be fired if he called the customer service number…unbelievable! We went round and round with them and multiple trips to the store. Don’t purchase their maple floating shelves if you plan on staining them even though they claim that they are stainable.

  We went to this store this morning and my husband asked one the staff if someone there speak in Spanish and the salesman responded to me in Fort Myers’s has a store the employee spoke in Spanish. I replied to the person we live in Naples and I speak English, but my husband prefers negotiate in his language. Thanks for your services and your racist with your staff members are . I will never forget your service and never recommend to anyone your company.
