  We’ve been coming back for a year now, I guess because our home wasn’t ready, and suddenly we were. We want to thank the staff for being so patient with us during the process. We were helped in selecting the perfect products for our home, simple and easy plus affordable, a word not often used in Naples. Thank you Vince once again.

  Worst customer service ever! Would not stand behind their defective product and argued over a $300 order. Will never do business with this company again. The salesman told us returns can’t be made in the store and made us call their customer service number. The customer service person told us the store has to handle returns. Salesman told us he’d be fired if he called the customer service number…unbelievable! We went round and round with them and multiple trips to the store. Don’t purchase their maple floating shelves if you plan on staining them even though they claim that they are stainable.

  We went to this store this morning and my husband asked one the staff if someone there speak in Spanish and the salesman responded to me in Fort Myers’s has a store the employee spoke in Spanish. I replied to the person we live in Naples and I speak English, but my husband prefers negotiate in his language. Thanks for your services and your racist with your staff members are . I will never forget your service and never recommend to anyone your company.

  We took a lot of time looking for and finding the right contractor for our kitchen remodel. We almost gave up because our budget did not line up with quotes we were getting. We met with Vince at Cabinets to go and not only did he hit our budget. Vince provided above and beyond service through the entire process. Save yourself some time and have Vince with Cabinets to go quote and manage your next project.
