My experience was excellent! I had same day service and all work was explained thoroughly. Pricing was disclosed before work began. The cost was more than I hoped for, but considering all, parts, time, and expertise, a fair price. My plumber, Jordan, could not have been better.

I was disappointed by the lack of transparency surrounding this visit. I contacted Aztec Plumbing & Drains for an estimate regarding a leak, but was later charged $334 for a temporary repair without the cost being clearly disclosed or my approval to proceed with paid work. The repair was not guaranteed and the cost was not consented too. After I raised the concern, the service manager agreed that the situation was handled incorrectly and said a full refund would be processed. Despite allowing 21 business days, no refund was issued. I expected clearer communication and follow-through.

We had a great experience with Andy! He came out to repair our toilet and was professional, efficient, and incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly and was very helpful in answering our questions along the way. We really appreciated his professionalism and patience and would absolutely recommend Andy to anyone needing plumbing work!

Needed to replace the hot and cold water feeds for the clothes washer. Aztec rushed to the job, after hours, and got it done. No estimate was given before they did the job, which was a little more than odd. I’m sure they knew it wasn’t an emergency. Anyway, if you do have an emergency I think you should give them a shot. Even if you have no idea what you will be paying for services rendered. Aztec got done what I needed.
