  Had such an experience experience from beginning to end. From the shoe cover so they didn’t bring in stuff on our floors to the amazing service on all counts. David Manookian and Kaiden Rainey explained everything so clearly and did wonderful work. Could not be happier. Thank you

  Brook was incredibly professional, very efficient and extremely friendly. Aztec has a great asset! He fixed everything exactly as he showed me, and even put some extra time into checking the home to make sure my water was running great all around. Highly recommended, with very fair pricing.

  I am very disappointed with this plumbing company. I clearly explained that my kitchen sink was clogged. In the past, I have successfully unclogged it myself by renting a long drain snake from Home Depot that reaches the manhole. This time, I hired professionals expecting better service. Andy was the first technician who came to snake the drain. I was charged $319, which also included a camera inspection scheduled for the next day. After Andy left, I washed a few dishes and my sink flooded. The clog was never cleared. The next day, Dylan came to perform the camera inspection, but the camera battery was dead. After charging it, he said he couldn’t complete the inspection because the pipe had too many turns. When I asked to see the camera footage, he said nothing had been recorded. Instead, he claimed he could tell the pipe was clogged just by the smell, which made no sense. Dylan then recommended hydro jetting for nearly $2,000. Since they couldn’t even unclog the drain with a snake, I had no confidence in spending more money with them. When I said I wanted another estimate, they kept offering financing instead of solving the problem. I called the office and asked to speak with a manager, but I was transferred back to Dylan. I told him I had contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and that I would leave an honest review. His sarcastic response was, “Don’t forget to leave the review.” As a business owner, I believe customers should pay for results, not excuses. I cannot recommend this company!!
