  This is the second re-pipe we have had Aztec do for us, and I believe the first one that I worked with Rich, and he was wonderful. Very professional, very friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. After the job was done, he took me around and showed me some things that had been replaced so I was aware of that.The two young men that came and helped him were also wonderful. Highly recommend Rich and Aztec.

  We have always appreciated Aztec’s prompt service and estimates before doing the actual work. We have found their estimates to be fair and their service impeccable. Will always use them for our plumbing needs.

  What started off as one of the worst days turned into a surprisingly positive experience thanks to Aztec Plumbing. My water heater went out, and after calling several plumbers who couldn’t come out, Aztec scheduled me first thing the next morning. Brook arrived promptly, took the time to explain all of my options clearly, and once I decided to replace the entire unit, he walked me through the process step by step so I knew exactly what to expect. He was professional, honest, and incredibly patient—not just with me, but also with my little one. He even shared some potty training advice that actually worked, which meant more than he probably realized. In addition to installing the new water heater, they also set up a water filtration system ( which I’ve been procrastinating to do) and helped me sign up for their yearly membership, which includes annual plumbing inspections and filter changes. As a newly widowed mom, this situation felt overwhelming and stressful, but Aztec Plumbing truly made it a smooth and positive experience. I’m very grateful for their kindness, transparency, and quality of work. Highly recommend.
