  We came upon DRB Homes at Trailside by chance at the very beginning of our search for a new construction home. From the location, to the craftsmanship, to the people we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jesslyn, our sales consultant was always readily available to answer questions or send photos whenever I reached out. She went out of her way to connect with our toddler (by bringing snacks) on the day we signed our contract. Jake, the project manager has also been so easy to communicate with and very attentive to any needs. He’s even checked in with us multiple times since moving in a month ago. We truly feel like we found a true gem in this community and team!

  My family and I are beyond excited about our new home in Trailside, which is currently under construction. Choosing a builder and a community is a major decision, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From day one, Jesslyn has been absolutely amazing. She has guided us through every step of the process with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. She is always available to answer questions, keeps us informed, and truly listens to her clients. Her dedication has made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and enjoyable. Our experience with the builder has been just as impressive. The quality, attention to detail, and level of communication have exceeded our expectations. It’s easy to see why they are considered one of the top builders in Central Florida. As for Trailside, we fell in love with the community the moment we visited. It is beautiful, peaceful, and private—exactly what we were looking for in a forever home. We can already envision creating lasting memories here with our family for years to come. We highly recommend Jesslyn, the builder, and the Trailside community to anyone looking for a new home. We are truly grateful for this experience and can’t wait for the day we receive the keys to our forever home!

  As a first-time homebuyer, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had with DRB Homes, thanks to Warren and Jake. Warren, our sales representative, was exceptional from day one. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been overwhelming feel straightforward and manageable. Most importantly, he was never pushy or overbearing, he truly listened to what we wanted and guided us without pressure. His expertise gave us tremendous confidence in our decision. Jake, the construction manager, was equally outstanding. His responsiveness and communication are second to none. Any time we had a question or concern, he responded quickly and clearly, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. What impressed us most is that his support didn’t stop at closing. Even afterwards he remains easy to reach, helpful, and committed to making sure everything is right. That level of continued care is rare and deeply appreciated. Together, Warren and Jake made our first home purchase not only smooth, but genuinely enjoyable. Their professionalism, honesty, and dedication reflect incredibly well on DRB Homes. We are thrilled with our new home and grateful to have had such a strong team guiding us through the process.
