  Alpha Foundations did an excellent job of repairing our pool deck. Several areas had sunk down creating some bad tripping hazards. Brandon and Zac were professional and courteous. The deck is almost perfectly level now. Definitely got rid of the large uneven sections that were dangerous and caulked the cracks that were in several places on the deck. Great job, thank you!

  We are SO HAPPY we chose Alpha Foundations to level and stabilize our doublewide mobile home. The contract and initial installation went so smooth. The communication from the company from the beginning was exceptional. The installation went smooth and quick, completed in one day. This review is for a follow up service they provided in the contract. Yearly inspections at no additional cost were performed about a year in and again, fast professional service appears to be the normal operating procedure for this company. Some pad settlement was detected and adjustments were made. We were notified that even though the adjustments brought everything into specification THEY were not satisfied with several of the intellajack adjusters. They said they were not happy with the adjustments on several being at the absolute end of their adjustment. This company sent out a production crew headed by Jonny to replace several of the jack tubes with longer sections so future adjustments if necessary would be possible. AGAIN, GREAT PROACTIVE SERVICE by a Company that TRULY cares about their customers. THANK YOU Jonny and Jake for your Prompt, Courteous and Professional service at NO ADDITIONAL COST!!!

  I was really nervous about the intense work they neded to do on my house. I have to admit that I did NOT understand most of it initially. But ALEX took the time and explained each step until I understood. He also made setting up and scheduling a breeze. I didn't have to worry about anything. Alex also kept me abreast on everything including paperwork, permits, and 811 ( i didn't know who they were either but quickly learned). After everything was a go Alex scheduled the team to come and start the project. Yep I was even more nervous. Kyle called and told me their arrival time and the plan. It was exactly like Alex described. Kyle and Alberto came introduced themselves, told me what to expect and ensured all questions and concerns were answered. They did EVERYTHING exactly as described. My family and I was amazed with the outcome of my house. After their work everything fell in place like magic. I was truly in amazement and disbelief at the same time. So impressed and I am not one who is impressionable. They cleaned up and moved everything back in place. Before I knew it my house was the way it should be for their part of the project. Thank you soooooo much Alex, Kyle, and Alberto.

  Very professional experience. Installation crew , Clint and Ethan, were excellent from communication before arrival, explanation of stabilization process, hard hard work, completion on schedule, and great cleanup. It was a pleasure working with Jesse,Clint, and Ethan. Would definitely recommend.

  About little over a year ago my wife and I relocated to the Florida Panhandle for our retirement. We purchased a 32 year old double wide nestled on the edge of pine forest land. Never owning a manufactured/moble home before, we started researching things to expect. Check the Leveling was recommended yearly. So we started searching for a reputable company to help us out. We hired Alpha Foundations and their IntellaJack system to level our home. With one phone call we received a free inspection and recommendations for what we needed. The contract gave us three additional yearly inspections as well as the offer to contact them anytime if we had any questions or noticed anything out of the ordinary such as wall cracks or doors not staying open/closed. Fast forward about a year later and we called because we noticed our dogs toy ball rolling in one direction without being pushed. Again, one phone call and we were asked if the following day at 4:00pm would be ok. We received a phone call about 3:30 pm from the Service Tech assigned to us. He said he was about ten minutes away at a truckstop trying to download an update on his laptop. He advised us he may be a little late due to the truckstop Wi-Fi was giving him issues. We told hi he could use our high speed WiFi . Ten minutes later a Knight in Shining armor by the name of Brandon Krajewski arrived at our door. Brandon set up his tablet on our WiFi and proceeded to introduce himself and explain the procedure he was going to do. He did not use the original mapping from the installation but measured every wall and floor surfaces to create a completely fresh layout of our home. He then began mapping the various elevations. Then and only then did he overlay his mapping over the originals. Compared the two and proceeded to go under and check and adjust every one of the eleven IntellaJacks that were previously installed. Service above and beyond what we expected. Brandon not only took the time initially to explain his procedures clearly but when finished doing the PHYSICAL part of adjustment he again took the time to go over what adjustments he made and put our minds at ease knowing our home was leveled and secured. Alpha Foundations is a High Tech Company with ‘Old School’ integrity's.
