  After scheduling a service for Friday, I received a call to reschedule due to increased AC emergency calls in the area. I was flexible and rescheduled for Monday. On Monday, I received the same call to reschedule again. I asked them if they could do weekends due to my work schedule, and dispatch said no. Horrible service from dispatch that refused to work with a customer that has been rescheduled twice.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. We have been loyal Peaden customers for years. Every time they come, they find something for you to spend a grand on. They inspected my HVAC system after we bought our home and told us everything was great - they routinely serviced the unit. Within 7 months the unit broke (a week after they serviced it) Basically the unit ran out of freon because there was a slow leak that they could not find after numerous attempts. They had to order a part and they did and replaced it, but then a few months after that the system started making an awful noise. Freon was depleted again. But this time the unit was charred - basically what we have found out after meeting with several local HVAC companies, (who found the leak in seconds) our ductwork was not properly installed - it's kinked and a mess. the unit is now on it's last legs so we called to get quotes - now because of Peaden's incompetence (inability to find the leak which led to the compressor to go bad and not letting us know about the ductwork problems) we are spending $32K to replace the entire system and ductwork. Thanks for nothing Peaden. Peaden is not the company that installed the unit with the prior owner, but we were loyal customers - which we no longer are. Save you rmoney - go elsewhere. And, icing on the cake, when we asked our neighbors who they would recommend, they practically unanimously said "don't use Peaden."

  From the customer service team to my technician Max, an outstanding experience! Peaden has always come through! Can’t say enough great things about the associates that I have been involved with! Excellent service!!! Highly recommended the Peaden Team!

  Pressure tactics are never a good sign. To get an estimate I was told $89 but if I agree to the work before the tech leaves I won’t be charged….. NO, I will not be a part of your pushy garbage sales approach. You will earn my trust, not the other way around. If your work and service speaks for itself you shouldn’t need to pressure your customers like this. New to the area and now at least I know 1 company NOT to do business with. Thanks.
