  We had an incredible experience working with Landsea Homes, and a huge part of that was thanks to Abe and Everton. From day one, Abe, our sales advisor, went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. He was patient, transparent, and always available to answer questions, no matter how big or small (Trust me we had a lot of questions as first time home buyers). Buying your first home can be overwhelming, but Abe made it feel smooth and manageable every step of the way. We got a chance to build our perfect home. Everton, the builder, was just as impressive. His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. My wife wanted to check on the home weekly and when she had questions he never got frustrated and was happy to explain where they were at that step in to process. He took the time to walk us through the home, explain everything thoroughly, and made sure every concern we had was addressed. You can tell he takes real pride in his work, and it shows in the final product. Even after we've moved in he still answers any questions that may pop up. What really set both of them apart was their willingness to help. They didn’t just do their jobs, they genuinely cared about making sure we were happy and confident in our decision. Their communication, professionalism, and dedication made this experience unforgettable. If you’re looking to purchase a home, I highly recommend working with Abe and Everton. They truly made our first home-buying experience something special.

  My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Abe Aziz purchasing a home in Park View. Abe was excellent to work with, and provided us with ideas that resulted in the perfect home. Cody, our builder was equally helpful and fabricated one super fine flawless home. I would certainly recommend these two fine gentleman for any home construction project.

  Park View is a beautiful area Abe Aziz was amazing and helpful He is knowledgeable and will help you with everything you need to build your new home I would definitely recommend him.
