I’ve loved this community since day one. Amazing location, low HOA, no CDD, and close to everything in Minneola and Clermont. It’s a great place to call home. I’ve also had a great experience working with Risewell, and Abe has been an excellent professional throughout the process.

It was a great experience to buy our home in park view. Abe made the process very smooth and easy. Always received us with a possitive vibe and very helpful. Everton also was amazing, easy to work with always helping with a smile. Thank you Abe and Everton for everything you did to make this happen

Aziz was simply the best to work with! He went above and beyond for our buyers and made sure every issue that came up was addressed and resolved. His knowledge of the property and the process was exceptional, and his professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Our clients were extremely happy and satisfied with their experience working with Aziz. Thank you, Aziz, for all your hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to making this transaction a success. It was truly a pleasure working with you!
