  We had a water leak that soaked the master bedroom 4 days ago. I contacted Mark's Floors along with 2 box stores that advertised July 4th Sales up to 75% off of installation. Day 2: Marks was able to come measure the room and provided a proposal later that day, which included the military discount. Others came out on Day 3 and the quotes were substantially more (The July 4th Sales gimmick only applied to > 1,800 sq ft.) I contacted Marissa and set up an installation appointment for this morning: Day 4: Installers Gary and Ivan were very prompt and professional. They also moved the furniture back in place. I was Very Impressed with Everything about Mark's Floors: Exceptional Customer Service from the Staff Employees, Installers and the owner. I know who to call!!!

  From the beginning, the sales staff worked with me on color and styles of flooring. Took samples home. Once I decided on the flooring, the staff smoothly got me through the ordering process. Mark came to the house and took measurements and gave me an estimate. The installers came on the scheduled date and time. The verified the flooring was what I ordered. After, they assisted in moving furniture and putting down the new floor. They were polite, professional and efficient. Highly recommend the whole team. Great job!

  Mark was referred to us by.neighbor who told us Mark is big in donating to local schools so we wanted to give them a try. I am sure glad we did. The entire process was as good as you could hope for. Everyone from sales, service, and install we professional and friendly and the install went in with a hitch. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
