  R&K Milton Florida worked with me to design a well house and did a custom build on my property. They built roughly an 8x10 structure with a gable roof. The 2x6 roof structure was sturdily built, along with 2x4 studded walls including a pressure treated sill on my existing concrete. The entire structure was enclosed with quality OSB and finished with a Baker Metal exterior to match my pole barn. The metal roof was made to provide an easy opening hatch for when the pump needs to be replaced. All I provided was an out swing exterior door from Lowe's and had it ready when they arrived. I needed it done in 3 weeks and they completed the project on time. Strongly recommend R&K buildings.

  They moved my building from Pace to Chumuckla and they were very nice ani would recommend them to anyone.

  When someone buys a building, I do my very best for them. I’ve had some of the most wonderful and interesting people come to my office and some real characters over the phone...you know who are...lol. I like spending time helping them get what they need. Sometimes there are some exceptions to getting a building; when it rains- they don’t build in the rain, their drills just want work, when it’s cold outside-the paint want dry, when you order a building-it takes time to build them (normally 4-6 weeks), when you call repeatedly about your build before it gets completely finished- it still want get there any faster. Like I said, I do what I can but I don’t build them & they don’t build themselves. We are at the mercies of our environment and time so be patient and you’ll get your building as soon as we can get it to you.
