- MMM MMay 11, 20261.0Worst EVER ! I live at Beachwalk Apt in Dania Beach. Elevator is literally broken every 2 weeks. They hardly ever show up as promised, supposedly fix it but then the same night or next day it’s broken again. Obviously, they not fixing it and just put a bandaid on it. Seems like they scamming the Management company by not correctly repairing it so they have to keep coming back. I would give me no stars at all !!!

I called them for a repair, and they showed up without even giving a heads up or confirmation. Then they removed a part, damaged it, and suddenly claimed the whole thing needed to be replaced. They promised they would contact me with a proposal, but after that they completely disappeared. I’ve been calling them 3 times a day for days and nobody helps, nobody calls back, nobody gives answers, and nobody seems to care at all. They ignore customers once they create the problem themselves. This company is unprofessional, disorganized, and honestly feels like a scam. Stay far away unless you want wasted time, broken equipment, and zero communication.

We pay for an annual contract to ensure issues are resolved but there is no preventative maintenance and next to zero repairs when issues arrive. Elevators down for weeks and no follow through. Absurd and gravely unfortunate we are stuck using their "service".
