  I cannot recommend Strong House Windows and Doors enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Silvia was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient, took the time to answer every single question I had, and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely seamless. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her customers truly stood out. Carlos did a phenomenal job with the installation. As a one-man crew, I was amazed by his efficiency, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. Even though we had a language barrier at times, he immediately pulled out Google Translate so he could clearly explain each step of the installation process and make sure I understood everything. That extra effort meant so much and showed how committed he is to providing exceptional customer service. The entire team exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the overall experience. If you're looking for a company that truly cares about its customers and delivers outstanding results, Strong House Windows and Doors is the one to call. Highly recommend!!!

  Horrible company to deal with. Their communication is amazing before you pay them. Once you pay them you can forgot about your money because whatever they promised you is not going to happen. One month turns into 3 months. Once they finally come out to do the install they send third party installers that have no idea what they are doing. You're basically dealing with a college student who brokers impact doors as a side hustle. The issues we have with our two doors are endless with zero care from the company to fix it.

  Amazing experience!! Found through marketplace and they came did a measurement and quote. Install was within a week for a 80x96 french door! Good job
