We had hope on allocating a company that will put together a package including installation for our small farmhouse. After submitting a design we were told that there was no problem and a finished estimate would be delivered the next day. Three days later I called and spoke with the same salesperson and he said that it was too difficult because of two 45’ angles and he never started the design. If you only sell boxes by linear inches, don’t promise something that you can’t accomplish. Waste of our time.

These people are the absolute worst, they can not accomplish anything. I am not a surgeon’s office or orchestrating something that is complex. They have no communication no coordination no leadership no management just a utter circus. No one speaks english, no one knows the product they are selling. They have nothing in stock, “their system” and its windows 98 managing inventory, but their prices reflect top tier service. Better Business Bureau needs to get involved asap. Go elsewhere.
