Don Bailey had an impeccable reputation. So when I need it vinyl planks, that’s where I was inclined to go to. I purchased the floor and then I gave Joe the pertinent information of my condo regarding insurance requirements. Instead of reaching out to Quayside, he would text me with info for me to go to the manager‘s office. This went on for quite sometime until I put my foot down and told him that no previous vendor had required me to be a goal between the managers Office and Don Bailey moreover, the room was apparently incorrectly measured and I ended up with 20% more planks than I needed. There were five boxes. Two and three-quarter boxes were used for my floor. Some pieces and two full boxes remained. Joe assured me that the two boxes would be returned and I would Receive credit accordingly. Unfortunately, the installer accidentally opened one box. I was told that I had to keep that box even though it wasn’t my fault it was opened. I did get $360 credit for the one box that they took back. But I had to keep the open box even though the contents were intact. I was very dissatisfied with the entire transaction, even though Barbara, from public relations was extremely polite
