He assessed our problem and worked hard to solve it. As others have noted, it’s not the cheapest, but they were up front with me about how they bill their time and I feel they absolutely earned what they charged. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again or recommend them to anyone in need of a serious plumbing expert.

- SSStefanoJan 6, 20262.0The installer did a good job overall—he arrived on time and installed the new valve correctly. There were no issues with the technical work itself. (only reason to don't give 1) The main disappointment was with billing and follow-up. They charge from the moment they leave their facility, not from arrival on site, which is important to note given their rates are not inexpensive. I ended up spending $300 for a job that I could have done myself in about 10 minutes. The installer was initially scheduled to return after the building turned the water back on to verify that the valve was functioning properly. However, after we inquired about travel time, the owner reacted negatively, was rude and unprofessional, and ultimately decided not to return. Would I use their service again? Probably not.
