  Arctic Fox cooling was great. They came out right on schedule. Mike was great. He checked out the system, explaining everything as he went. Provided a choice of options to fix our system. Appointment for the repairs was quick and easy. I can’t recommend Arctic Fox enough!

  I was very impressed with all aspects of our service. First, it was easy to make an appointment and they offered us one the same day. Secondly, they were able to quickly identify the problem and troubleshoot it. Both within two hours. Third the service technician was easy to communicate with before, during and after the appointment. It is easy for me to recommend Arctic cooling to anyone!

  I have had the pleasure of working with Mike twice now, including an emergency call for an inoperable AC unit. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the responsiveness and communication at a late hour, plus the hard work to get me out of a jam due to a complicated clogged line. I look forward to continuing to use Arctic Fox for cooling maintenance and repair.

  I have worked with Mike and his team on several occasions now and they are so knowledgeable and detail oriented, really a professional crew. They really take the time not to just offer another service, but to truly explain what it takes to improve the AC function, as well as the air quality associated with the AC. Very few AC companies care about the air quality and cooling, must just care about getting homes cold. If you are looking for top quality performance, Mike and his team are the best. 12/10 highly recommend them for all your air conditioning needs

  5 Stars for Arctic Fox Cooling AND Adel. My condo that I manage is on Biscayne and 20 Street, Cite Condominiums. As all condos, it can be so stressful to meet all the prerequisites needed before even having anyone come and look at your AC unit to help assess and then resolve a problem. I called Artic Fox and received the best customer service. I shared that I needed someone today and luckily they were already approved and had my condo added to their Insurance already so they not only found someone to come out to my condo within 2 hours but also called the building's management to confirm their visit, this is something I usually have to stay on top of and they did. When the building's management didn't pick up, another common pain point, Arctic Fox continued to call them and kept me informed. Great communication! Adel then arrived and dealt with the challenges of security, a third pain point and was very kind and patient with the challenges of condos. Finally, after fully assessing my AC unit, he patiently walked me through 4 options and the value on each. Then he repeated it for my husband to hear, again taking his time and sharing to us that are less knowledgeable about AC units. We had some fuses that were damaged and needed replacement. Adel could have easily scheduled another day to make the repairs but he went above and beyond to go to the nearest hardware store to obtain the necessary pieces to repair our fuses and this solution repaired the AC unit that was not blowing cold air. We would 100% recommend Arctic Fox and their team (customer service and repairmen like Adel) and we'll keep them in mind for our other various properties. We appreciate the quick help, patience, options and communication. After everything, they called to follow up the next day to see how the unit was doing and if we had any concerns. A++++.
