  Excellent experience with Arctic Fox. I had an HVAC issue that two other technicians had looked at and couldn't figure out. Mike, the owner, and Geo, the technician, were able to properly diagnose the problem and find what everyone else had missed. Geo arrived exactly at the time I requested, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually troubleshoot the system instead of just guessing. On top of that, the price was very fair. It’s hard to find an HVAC company that is this reliable, honest, and competent. I really appreciate Mike and Geo taking care of the issue and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended! A+

  Good experience with this company. Adel, and the other employees went above and beyond. They found a leak in the outdoor ac unit on my rheem. The a/c is only 2.5 years old. Adel, was transparent and explained everything clearly.

  Arctic Fox is great! Adel came out and fixed my AC in one afternoon, and it’s working perfectly. I have a very old unit, and the last company that came out told me it wasn’t even worth repairing—they tried to sell me a whole new system instead. Adel didn’t try any of that. He quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired my existing unit, and charged a fair price. He was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly. He saved me from having to replace my entire system and didn’t break the bank. It’s refreshing to find a company that focuses on fixing what’s broken instead of selling you something you don’t need. I highly recommend Arctic Fox, and if you can request Adel, I definitely would.
