  Everything from start to finish was as smooth as my AC is now running thanks to Air on Demand and David the technician. David is great! He was on time and provided excellent service. Shannon helped me with booking the appt and was very nice. I will request David in the future. Thanks Air on Demand for the great service!

  I called three different companies when my mom's air conditioner stopped working and the house had reached 87 degrees. This company stood out immediately. Their automated system quickly gathered all my information and scheduled a service call. Within about five minutes, a real person called to confirm that a technician was on the way. In less than 30 minutes, Thomas arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the issue, and provided a fair price. Once we approved the repair, he got right to work and had our air conditioner running again in no time. The house started cooling down immediately. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. The team was professional, responsive, affordable, and most importantly, they solved the problem right away. Meanwhile, we're still waiting for the other two companies to even call us back, and I doubt they ever will. Thank you to Thomas and Air On Demand, for the outstanding service. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing fast and reliable AC repairs!

  Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Air on Demand. Two years ago, I trusted this company and spent $7,000 on a complete new Daikin system. Today, my unit tripped the breaker for the first time. When I called for service, I was given the runaround about diagnostic fees, only for the representative to call me back at 3:40 PM—during normal business hours—to tell me they completely refuse to send anyone out today. It is completely unacceptable to abandon a customer who invested thousands of dollars with your company in the South Florida heat. Buying an expensive system from them means nothing to their service department once they have your money. Look elsewhere for a company that actually stands behind their installations and cares about their customers.
