  Bryan Reyes did an excellent job. He explained how the equipment works and provided helpful advice on how to properly maintain it. Bryan deserves 5 stars for his service. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the company has been disappointing. I feel customers are treated very differently after the equipment is installed. There do not seem to be enough technicians to handle emergencies, and my concerns were not handled properly by Rebecca, a supervisor. She provided inaccurate information about the company’s customer service standards and promised to call me back but never did. The equipment is only one year old and has already had thermostat issues twice. That should not happen with new equipment. Bryan was excellent, but the equipment problems and poor customer service are why I cannot give the company a higher rating.

  Terrible experience. Technician as so inappropriate rude that I had to call the office asking them to have him leave. Called another company. Never mind they still charged the $120 fee.

  Today have a problem with my ac and the service provided by this company was amazing. Noel was the tech that help me today. He's was pretty nice, he give me advice and recommendations, and the treatment was brilliant. Thanks to him for today's experience

  Excelente servicio de toda la gente de air solution. Brayan muy profesional con su compañero, muy respetuosos y profesionales, todo quedó limpio y funcionando …recomendado 💯 me ayudaron en todo momento para el financiamiento y al otro día llegaron los muchachos a tiempo con todo nuevo …estoy muy muy contenta con el servicio de todo ..gracias air solution…

  I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received today from Noel. He arrived promptly and immediately got to work. He listened attentively to the needs and provided well above average service. He worked on a ladder high on a building in the hottest part of the day. No breaks and very little water breaks. I have had great service with Air Solutions but Noel provided EXCELLENT service.
