  Leaking coolant somewhere in Carrier mini split system. Javier is doing a step by step check of the copper tubing fittings. Checking for the dye he added to the coolant. However it takes a couple of days between checking each section for the dye to leak out of the fittings. So far we know that the main unit is not leaking and the PC board, computer system is showing the error codes and shutting off the compressor as it should. Javier topped off the coolant, shut off part of the system and will be back in a few days to check for leaks in the bedrooms. Then the other mini units in a bedroom and the living room in couple days. Update,06/08/2026-Sill checking for leak unit by unit and fittings.

  With the good reviews, service office right here in Miami Bch and 3 different services which I need or will need, I was hoping for a better experience. First off, $179 for the service call a few blocks away. I can understand that for a company having to drive over to MB. Thats a lot to lose if you dont let them do the repair. Next, nearly $ 450 to change a wax ring under toilet. No issues with drain pipe or floor- around an hour job. What plumber makes over $400 per hour. Then tried to upsell me a toilet installed for well over $800. A decent toilet in home Depot is 250-300. So $600 for 1-1/2 hour work? Was it because I was a single woman? Plumber had no rags or mop, used my stuff. When he left, the gooey remnants of the wax ring was still on the floor for me to clean . Lastly, he used some blue Teflon tape that was ugly and stood out, but it was only partially on threads but unraveled so that a 2 foot piece was just hanging down to the floor ( I have photo). I saw it as soon as he drove off. Maybe it was just this tech. Again, I chose them partially due to good reviews. My a/c is getting old and I may need water purification but I will have to give someone else a try unfortunately. I am the father who recommended this company then wrote this in behalf of my daughter.

  Replaced my old a/c company which became unreliable. Bliss was on time, affordable and expertly repaired. I am also using them for bi-annual preventive maintenance. I highly recommend them for the work, communication and explanation of what was going on. The service involved completing warranty work that was not completed by my former a/c company and I was not aware was not completed.

  7.2.26 Once again… Sunny Bliss has come through for me again! My central AC unit finally died and I needed to replace the entire thing. David worked diligently to find me a price in a unit that would fit my needs. My HOA gave me a difficult time about Using a crane to get the unit on the roof and my budget was limited. David and his team found me an affordable unit and was able to install the unit without using the crane. Sunny Bliss also got me financing with no interest for 25 months. I could not have done this without them. The unit is amazing! I have the unit set on 73° and it is colder in my condo than my last unit which I always had set on 69°. The air is much cleaner, and the unit is much more efficient. The two technicians,Aroan and Rosmel, we're here all day in the hundred degree heat installing the unit. They were friendly, professional, and amazingly organized and clean! Even though the job was huge, these two technicians were able to get the job done and left my condo cleaner than when they arrived! In addition, I had another job completed on the same day. Mario came and disabled and removed my old garbage disposal unit that had not been working and prevented my dishwasher and part of my sink from working as well. Not only did he remove the unit, but he created new plumbing that enhanced the overall working of my kitchen. I cannot speak highly enough of the company and the highly talented people that work there. The thing I like best about Sunny Bliss, in addition to the great pricing and highly skilled work, is the family atmosphere that they have created. Every technician that has come here is a joy and it's beautiful to see how the company has such a beautiful working culture. Jose is an amazing technician!! He was pleasant, knowledgeable, skilled and took time to answer all my questions. The technician came 4 hours after my call for help and my AC was fixed! The price is also very reasonable. This is my second time using this service and I'm very pleased both times. Highly recommend!
