  Having been an original flow tech client, when I finally needed a new Trane after 22 years with my old unit, I went with Sunny Bliss no questions asked. Since the transition, they had kept in touch, and they truly saved me after the first scorching week in Miami put the final nail in my old Trane. Arian and Rosmel were the kindest, most professional technicians who were beyond patient with me. They installed the condenser while I chaotically tried to shore up the beams and flooring under the closet floor in my 100 year old house. They came back, the next day, and were beyond patient while I struggled with the help of my neighbor to get the floor ready for the load before they had to go to their next job. I cried dry tears when the AC kicked on, after being dehydrated from sweating for a week with 88 degrees inside. ¡Gracias por ser los mejores instaladores de HVAC que una mujer podría pedir! I highly recommend Sunny Bliss for their timely, professional, efficient and easy service. A good Trance AC can last forever, if well taken care of, in the south florida heat, and Sunny Bliss helped me do it.

  Sunny bliss is super reliable and can’t be recommended enough! From the initial call to scheduling to the work itself. Leo is super knowledgeable, respectful and highly professional. This is our 2nd time using their services and it made it easier having Leo the 2nd time around as well. 10000/10!

  Juan Moreno from Sunny Bliss Plumbing and Air provided excellent service during our AC maintenance. He is very knowledgeable in his job, pays close attention to detail, and was extremely professional throughout the visit. He thoroughly cleaned the blower, coils, and completed the general maintenance with great care. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants the system running at its best. Highly recommended.

  I had a great experience with Jose from Sunny Bliss Plumbing & Air. After struggling with a Nest thermostat issue where the system was blowing heat instead of cool, Jose quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it correctly. Fixed it in 10 min. It turned out the wiring needed to be adjusted, and he knew exactly what to do right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient—no guesswork, just straight to the solution. He also took the time to explain what was going on so I actually understood the fix, which I really appreciated. It’s not easy to find someone who’s both technically sharp and easy to work with, but Jose definitely checks both boxes. I’d highly recommend him to anyone dealing with HVAC or plumbing issues. Reliable, honest, and knows his stuff.

  We contacted several HVAC companies because our A/C was at the end of it's life span. Sunny Bliss stood out among all the rest. On my first call I spoke to David Quintana, in sales, and again he stood out among all the rest. His expertise, support and phenominal price was far better than any other company by a huge margin. Now for the installation, Arian Diaz, did the installation and as I watched him install the inside air handler, I was truly amazed at his incredible attention to detail. I have never experienced anyone that ever took his time with all the critical areas necessary for a stand out installation. It was a wonderful experience to watch. Rosmel Medina tended to the outside condenser installation and also paid attention to detail and did a fine job. Juan Carlos Armas, the manager, stopped by during the installation which was refreshing to have him following up with his installers as they were working. My final thoughts, the installers never made me feel they were in a rush, they took their time and were very detailed about their work. David Quintana, in sales, was so kind and understanding with his bedside manner regarding almost 100 questions I had for him. David Made The Sale! Now we are enjoying the comfort and quietness of our Top-Of-The-Line Trane A/C system and couldn't be happier! I wish the owner of this company, the best the future has in-store for him, in creating an organization that is second to none... Giulio Valle
