Petro Plumbing Service Inc. has been excellent to work with. They replaced my water heater and are also helping me work through some other Plumbing issues. Their knowledge, experience, and professionalism have been fantastic throughout the process. They have been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain what needs to be done instead of just rushing through the job. I really appreciate the level of service and expertise they have provided. I would highly recommend Petro Plumbing Service Inc. to anyone looking for a dependable and experienced plumbing company.

I don’t usually write posts, but when you run across exceptional service, I would be remiss not to do so. I have used Petro plumbing for years, I’ve seen several technicians, i’ve talked to several staff on the phone, and I have never been disappointed, but only impressed by the professionalism and technical capability. My latest interaction was no exception. Bravo to those at Petro - staff makes the company and they have great ones! (Note: reasonable and fair price too!)

Exceptional service based on competency, customer service and polite bed manners. Technicians were professional, knowledgeable and would go the extra mile to leave the work done perfectly. They clean after themselves, inspected the work before starting and after it was completed to ensure there was nothing left undone. Phil, was an outstanding professional. Bravo 👏

I’m a DIY type guy, had purchased the correct replacement parts but found I could not remove the “quick connect” clip for my pulldown kitchen faucet sprayer due to the extremely limited space between the sink and cabinet wall. I previously used Petro Plumbing several years ago, was very satisfied so called them to do repair. Debbie, the dispatch agent was very cordial, provided a next day appointment and a cost estimate. Technician Jimmy provided a text with his ID and time to arrive and arrived on time. He too was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and completed the repairs quickly. Jimmy checked all his work, verified there were no leaks and asked if I had any questions before departing. I was charged the low end of the estimate which as a DIY guy was appreciated. I am glad to recommend Petro Plumbing for your plumbing and repair needs. Sincerely, Marc Cazessus

We had a stopped up toilet that was over flowing. When I called I was encouraged because the two people who were out not too far from us, would be finishing soon and could stop by as soon as they got done. It didn’t take them long at all to get here and fix the blockage. They brought in another tool just to be sure it was completely unblocked. It worked fine! They helped me get the towels up off the floor. They were genuinely nice fellows. I will definitely call this company back next time I need a plumber.
