  Jim went above and beyond installing a new kitchen faucet replacing all the old parts. He also installed a new faucet removing the seized faucet outside. Jim went to Home Depot selecting all compatible parts. A master Plumber!

  Jimmy and Matt showed up and got straight to work repairing my side of the water main. It turned out it cracked where the meter met my pipe and they had it dug up, fixed, and all put back together in less than an hour. Would most definitely recommend their services.

  They weren’t on time so they called! For the win. It’s a flexible business where they have to accommodate what’s happening at the moment but they called. They were 30 mins early for the new time and called again and they got right to it and did a great job, which includes cleaning up behind them. (And they are both “dog people”). Debbie, Jim and Patrick got er done!!

  Had some issues with the repair but Debbie made sure it was resolved. Thank For caring and helping resolve the issue Debbie. She sent Jimmy who finally got the problem fixed. But it did take two weeks to fix a problem that should have been resolved in a day

  I called Petro to have a repair completed for my home owner’s insurance. The staff were friendly and scheduled me immediately. The dispatch sent me notifications for the arrival of the plumbers along with photographs which made me feel safer being a single woman. Jimmy and Matt were on time, friendly and completed the job quickly. I appreciated their ability to explain things to me and give a fair quote. I would highly recommend Petro and will use them again!
