  Weather Engineers has been my go-to HVAC provider since 2022, offering a long-time local family business in contrast to recent BIG BUSINESS models of slick marketing, sell and up-sell mega businesses who have entered our community. But that's another story. Today Adam again provided my WEC-2 preventative maintenance service in his usual efficient, professional and conscientious manner. My home has three HVAC systems with two air handlers in tight-squeeze attic locations and one outside component enclosed behind a fence. Adam pleasantly inspected, calibrated, cleaned and addressed each of the indoor and outdoor components and made thoughtful recommendations for further work, if needed.

  Evan replaced a compromised 5mm ID plastic drain tube with 3.2mm ID copper tubing. $303. No leaking, yet. For $750 last July, we had the same leak repaired with a new pump. I like that the price is now less than half the last one. I sure hope this repair lasts longer than 10 months.

  Weather Engineers used to be great. However, they are trying to sell us a whole new units when ours is only 5 years old and the outside unit works perfectly. We had work done by them in 2021 with a 5 year warranty and we are just outside that warranty by a 29 days and they won't honor it or help in anyway. How convenient. Will not give them anymore of our money.

  Justin and Joseph did an outstanding job installing a new A/C system. They both were very polite and professional. The entire experience was amazing.   Dennis Hanlon did an outstanding job on the AC work in my home. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the work being done, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was completed to a very high standard. The service was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Dennis was respectful of my home, kept the work area clean, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. His workmanship and customer service were truly excellent. I highly recommend Dennis Hanlon to anyone needing AC service or installation. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction.
