  I was quite satisfied with the service provided by Weather Engineers. I had a leak in the evaporator coil, which they replaced, but the AC kept shutting down after a few minutes. During several return trips, they replaced parts but the problem was still there. Finally they talked to Trane and was able to resolve the issue. Mike, our technician persisted until the problem was resolved. Although I paid full labor price for the evaporator replacement, I appreciated that they did not charge me for all the subsequent hours their technician spent troubleshooting the problem. Shannon who answered the phone was always polite and helpful, as was Debbie when she picked up. Definitely an off-nominal situation, but I think that is where you find out how a company is really going to treat you. When it comes time for a new unit I plan to get it from here.

  Incredible service all around! Special shout out to Sean, Dennis and Ricky. All SO friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Dennis was incredibly quick and efficient at getting the job done. Highly recommend!

  Martin did a great job with our annual service work. When I mentioned we weren't getting much air in the master bedroom (its noticably hotter in the summer), he followed up. Weather Engineers came back out and determined that we could enlarge the duct going to the vent. They did that work, and it helped tremendously. So great problem solving by Martin and team.

  Ricky and Craig did an outstanding job installing a new home A/C system. They showed up at the appointed time and got right to work. The install was very professional and that cleaned up at the end. Ricky does a great job of explaining how the system works and gave us great info on the new thermostat. Ricky and Craig were very thorough. This is our second install with WE and we are very satisfied with the company, employees and service.

  Mike went above and beyond, literally having to climb a ladder to the roof to change the capacitor on our compressor. He took time to check out whole system over two days waiting on the correct paperwork to get up on the rooftop. Would recommend him and the Weather Engineers to anyone in the Melbourne area.
