  Excellent job with building and installing the accordion shutters and hurricane screens. They look wonderful and will provide excellent coverage during any storms. Exceptional services throughout the entire process.

  Damien and Dontay just completed a very thorough 3-hour well-baby check of our hurricane shutters. They were amazing! On time, friendly, extremely thorough, excellent job getting our shutters back into shape for hurricane season. They even went the extra mile and completely cleaned up all around the house after their work, including cleaning our windows that got some dirt on them during their maintenance. A Big Five Stars!

  Made and appointment for an estimate. No showed. Canceled via emailed right before the appt. Sorry, but I don't check my email regularly. A simple call or text would of been great. I wasted my time waiting for them. I saw the email that night before bed when i checked my email. Without asking they self scheduled for today. They text, the confirmation. I Canceled. The owners son showed up even when I did not request a reschedule and even cancel their arbitrary reschedule. If there is poor communication before you have my business, I can only imagine what working with them is like once they are paid. Nothing wrong with cancellations, please communicate with your customers. Email cancellation right before an appointment with no call or even a text to follow, results in people wasting their time waiting for you. I respected your time. I waited...

  Crew arrived on time. However, didn't have the necessary ladders to work the job. Job halted until the second ladder arrived. This appointment was scheduled in March. Someone in the crew should have researched what the job required. Provided crew the remote. It worked. When I received it back, it didn't. It appeared it got wet or left in the sun bc a battery exploded. So cleaned and replaced the batteries. Now it works. So that lead me to conclude that the crew didn't check to see if the motor replaced worked. Unless, they could turn on and off at the motor. Finally, they left my back gate open. I have dogs and lucky I checked the gate before I let the dogs out. So what do you think. The new motor works and I guess that is an A+ result

  Roll Tite re-installed my double front door storm shutter after I had pavers placed. I called them because they service all storm shutters—all makes, models whether they installed them originally or not. Scheduling was a breeze; the office communicated well and kept me posted on appointment time; the team that actually did the reinstall were professional, polite and got the job done.
