  Ranger provided a written proposal for replacing our compressor and air handler and installed both in one day. Team was super professional and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for a more polite crew that stayed until everything was running smoothly!

  We were looking for a company to install a Trane 4 ton heat pump. Our old system was almost 15 years old and needed to be replaced. The price we were quoted was almost $20,000 by another company. I talked to Marvin Colon who came out to our house and gave us a thorough break down on a RunTru by Trane 4 Ton Heat Split System. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to us in an understandable way. We decided to go with Ranger Air and Heat for a cost of just under $13,000. Zach, Allan, and Guillito came out to our house around 10 o’clock and were finished by around 4 pm. We were very happy with their workmanship.

  Lucas and Daniel recently provided my semi-annual maintenance service ... both were excellent ... arrived as scheduled, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have been a customer of Ranger Air and Heat for a couple years now and overall have been very pleased with their responsiveness and service. Since I am on a semi-annual maintenance plan the survey questions re price are NA, but I consider Ranger Air's maintenance plan prices to be very reasonable.

  Since switching to Ranger Air & Heat earlier this year, I’ve been very happy with my ac maintenance and repairs. I switched from another company that constantly tried to upsell me for what was later determined to be unnecessary services. The previous company also did not regularly maintain my ac despite paying for bi-annual maintenance. Because of these reasons, Ranger is a breath of fresh air! They’re honest, reliable and reasonable. Of all of the professionals I’ve spoken with there (office staff, owner and various techs), everyone has been pleasant, helpful and understanding. Any issues encountered are handled with a sense of urgency. I feel respected when I talk to them and they’re never belittling for my lack of HVAC knowledge. They call you to schedule your bi-monthly maintenance instead of the other way around. They also will tell you if a part is in jeopardy of going bad soon and whether or not you really need to fix it now or if it can wait. Taking this a step further, I paid for some repairs that turned out later to be under a 10 year warranty with the manufacturer. It was weeks after I had already paid and the repairs had been completed. Their office staff called me and told me that the manufacturer was reimbursing me for the service (this happened twice) and I was cut a check from Ranger both times. My previous ac maintenance company never did that for me, despite numerous prior repairs they completed, and I imagine they knew of the warranty since they installed the system, so you can read between those lines. Ranger has now earned my trust and I won’t deal with any other ac company as a result. If you’re searching for a new ac company, trust no one else but Ranger!
