  They installed the brand new system back in June and have been back five times to repair it and today about 9 hours after the fifth repair I requested a quote to have them replace the door seal on my garage door and they told me that I had ordered the wrong one and they would come the next day to replace it. But instead before I knew it they were drilling a seal into the side of my garage door which is not approved by my HOA and now I will need to have removed and have a quality company actually remove the part that I asked to be replaced initially. Forth attempt and there is standing water on the system and the caulk is wet to the touch. They also drove across my lawn and destroyed wet sod and didn't say a damn word to me about it. They claim a one-year warranty that if you're not satisfied they will remove the system and provide 100% refund. And yet when I told them that I'm no longer allowing them to come out and attempt to repair the system, they told me that they would send someone to quote me to remove the system! Their installation team is as incompetent as there customer service team

  My AC quit working Friday night. On Saturday morning I called Ranger Air, Jerry called me back, because I had a portable room AC to use in the meantime Jerry had a great young guy come by first thing Monday morning 8/24/26. Terrific employee, great with people. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH RANGER AIR & HEAT. MAKE THEM YOUR FIRST CALL FOR HEAT AND AIR PROBLEMS. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

  We contacted Ranger Air & Heat for a new air conditioner as they are an authorized Trane dealer. There was an issue with the air handler (not Ranger's fault, but a bad board that was installed at the factory by Trane). The folks at Ranger offered to loan us a portable air conditioner. Their technicians worked overtime to trouble shoot the issue. Issue was satisfactorily resolved. Trane compensated us. All of the Ranger folks who worked at our house were professional, knowledgeable and prompt.

  As a fellow Veteran, I figured going to a veteran owned establishment was the right thing to. I disregarded more local companies to hire Ranger Air &Heat to install an entire new A/c system in my home. It has been a nightmare, from a salesperson whom is dishonest and makes false promises, to work that was promised to be done that wasn’t and still isn’t. I’ve had to constantly clean up after them as they have left drywall, dust, and a/c matter everywhere to include new couches, floor, dining room table etc. I ran over two screws, clearly screws they used to install vents, they are brand new and match precisely. I need two new tires. I’ve had to practically beg them to come out and finish their work. They still aren’t done as their vent cleaning machine broke after cleaning 3 of the 11 vents that need to be cleaned. Their last words to me were we aren’t sure when we’ll get to this. But we will. The a/c unit is leaking, as I’ve brought this up to the company and they have yet to send anyone out. The person installing the unit tried to just paint over old wood, in an effort to make it look like the air handler unit was on a new holder, a service promised to me by their salesperson. The painted half the wall, just enough for the air handler to cover up old nasty paint. Left the rest gross, rather than make a few more brush strokes. They charged me an undisclosed 500+ dollars for a “non-cash” payment. As I’m not sure who carries around near $14k CASH. I’m not sure what’s going on with this business but I would steer clear. A Veteran with this kind of integrity should check their company. I’m truly at a loss. Additionally, I would have probably NEVER posted this so soon after, to let the company make good on the entire situation, BUT Ranger heat and air, the company text messages me so much, (at least 10 times) soliciting me for my opinion of my service. Hopefully the honest post will stop the texts! Civilians and Veterans stay away from this business. 🇺🇸 Will update this post as needed.

  I own multiple rental properties and have worked with many different HVAC companies over the years. At this point, Ranger Air is the only company I use. To date, they’ve installed four new HVAC systems for me, completed a full ductwork replacement, and handled numerous service calls. They’ve consistently been responsive, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. One experience that really stood out was when an older system failed during a heat wave. Ranger Air provided portable cooling units at the last minute to make sure my tenant stayed comfortable while we waited for the new system to be installed. That kind of service matters a lot to me as a landlord. More recently, their technician Zach went above and beyond tracking down a difficult leak in my plenum and making sure the problem was properly identified and addressed. When you own multiple properties, finding contractors you can trust and rely on is extremely important. Ranger Air has earned that trust from me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other homeowners or property owners.
