- RSRobert SielskiJun 23, 20261.0They have charged me more than $1200 for repairs on a unit that they sold me and is supposed to be under warranty. It still has not been fixed and I’m supposed to keep paying more and more at least $300.
- TMTanya MarconiJun 22, 20265.0I called Mid-Fla Heating & Air. My AC unit was leaking water all over the garage floor. My tech was on time, polite, and professional. He walked me through the issues with my unit, made some adjustments cleaned up and left our AC running better then when he got there. I will be using them again in the future if I have a need.
- MMMike MorrisonJun 19, 20261.0Horrible experience with this contractor. Installed Daiken FIT system with wrong type of refrigerant. Then forgot to install a heater element. Have had 16 service calls on a new system in less than one year. Office manager was not helpful. Mid-FLA appears to go through employees frequently. Have not had our AC problem resolved during a week of 96 deg weather.

She made sure everything looked better than before, and gave me tips on how to maximize the lifespan and efficiency of my system. She is personable, professional, and a great face for the company.
