  My technician Nick Lomas showed me what needed to be replaced and the cost options. I joined the Gold Club (very inexpensive) this gave me such a big discount. We discussed having very old duct work replaced and explained what would be done & the cost. Showed me options for getting a loan if needed. He was very professional and very friendly. I will continue business with this company.

  I gave this company a good amount of money every month for a preventative plan. In doing this I assumed the at the maintenance would be done correctly to ensure the functionality of my AC system. This was a waste of money and time. The technician that was sent to my house was uninformed about her trade and made adjustments to my system without informing my wife and I. Then left after giving faulty readings and turning my thermostat down five degrees. The fact that they have so many positive reviews means this might be a recent development but I assure you, that you are much better taking your hard earned dollars to another company.   Our service Tech Cody was running a little late with his schedule but came with quite a bit of knowledge. He knew the problem and got right to solving it. Explained the problems very well. Now, we can do better and keep our A/C system running smoothly.

  A tech came to my house, went into my attic, and told me I had “growth” on and potentially in my ductwork. He then explained that the stuff that is there we are potentially breathing in. He then immediately tried to sell me a $16,000 duct reconstruction package. I asked for time to think and to get a second opinion, and instead received a pushy sales pitch asking what they could do to “close this deal out.” The next day I received five calls from their AI service desk asking if I was ready to move forward. I had two other companies come out and do thorough inspections. Both said I was being sold services I didn’t need — the “growth” was just surface residue common in attics that an experienced tech would have recommended wiping clean. Rather than a simple fix, I was offered an entire reconstruction with payment plans of $200+ a month for 10 years. The technicians were personable and kind, but if I hadn’t gotten other opinions, I would have wasted a lot of money.
